Whilst placing an order the security s/w on my PC decided not to co-operate with the WorldPay security which this company use.

One quick phone call and a girl in their admin department was able to identify the incomplete order, took credit card details over the phone (so I did not have to go through the rigmarole and giving all my information a second time) and finished processing the order in just a couple of minutes.

Later that day I received an email saying the order had been packaged and despatched, and it arrived two days later as promised.

Excellent service, good price, would not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a pair of bandit ice tools to replace my older (more old school) tools. I haven't had chance to use them in anger yet but first impressions are very positive. They are brilliantly weighted and feel secure in the hand. They feel very much like Quarks and swing like a mate's nomics at a fraction of the price.
Spare picks are really good value and head weights are available too. I'll wait and see how they handle on ice before I go down that route.
Service from Total Access was exemplary: I ordered them on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday with email updates prior to delivery.
I'd highly recommend the bandits as a great intermediate climbing axe for Scottish winter / icefall climbing. They'll certainly outclimb me!

Looking to buy a first pair of technical axes, I found the singing rock bandits on total access. Looked to be a great price, so took a punt. Delivery was swift and in the predicted slot. So far very pleased with how axes feel.

I need kit delivered in a hurry. Total Access's site was easy to navigate and all my items were delivered well within my specified time scale. Would recommend.

Prices are excellent. It is worth noting that your order will continue to say "Awaiting Processing" from the point you place the order until it is sent - so if you've not selected Next Day delivery, it will spend a couple of working days saying that.

It is also a shame (as a commercial customer as well as a private one) that commercial accounts cannot be linked to the webstore.
