From start to finish the service was excellent. Andrew, Alex plus 1 were absolutely fantastic. Great service, quality and very polite. Fautless.

Once we decided to purchase a 10M2 Arctic Cabin and contacted the company to place an order they couldn't have been more helpful. Deposit paid, instalment date booked and on the day the 2 guys were with us just before 7AM, worked solidly assembling the cabin, tidying away everything before then going through the instructions for use making sure we fully understood. Having also purchased another cabin from them 13 years ago I would highly recommend Arctic Cabins as a professional company,selling top quality products. Will be a real pleasure to have all year round use from our cabin.

What a great team of installers you have, Adam and Tod were on site at 07:15 ready to get on with the days work. Everything went very smoothly, and I am really pleased with the result.

We really only went to the show-site to have a look, but as soon as we saw the cabins that was it, our minds were made up, and we ordered a 10 square metre one there and then! We were guided through the process by Jake, who couldn’t have been more helpful, but he wasn’t at all pushy, just very knowledgeable, thank you Jake!
Our cabin was installed a week ago and we love it! The weather was very kind to us. The installers, Adam and Tod, were fantastic. When we explained that our disabled grandson might struggle with just one step outside the cabin, they then converted it into two steps for us. They definitely went the extra mile!
We’re looking forward to spending many happy hours in our new cabin, whatever the weather, can’t wait!

The two fitters worked tirelessly on the day of installation despite the increment weather. Absolutely delighted with the cabin. Would highly recommend this company.

From our initial telephone conversation with David, we have nothing but praise for Artic cabins. We made the journey from south wales to the view site and David was extremely helpful and accommodating for our needs. The quality of the cabins are outstanding which made an easy decision for us to purchase one. Two gentlemen arrived on time and worked non stop for a perfect finish! I would just like to say how great Jake from Arctic cabins had been from start to finish, kept in touch all the way from going to see the cabins at Nottingham to the finished cabin at home , the two lads who came to build the cabin where very nice and polite it was a pleasure to do business with all three I can’t recommend Jake and the lads enough absolutely 5 star company.

Our cabin was sold to us by Jake, at Bardills. He was happy to answer questions and give us space to look around. Never felt pushy and it really felt like he did his best to get us the cabin the was right for our lifestyle and needs.

Our cabin was installed just over a week ago. Ben and Rob who came to put it up were wonderful and efficient. They even let out daughter (and dog) watch them the whole time, and ask questions (the daughter, not the dog).

Now it's up we have spent every day in it, working and enjoying BBQs. It's perfect. The grill is easy to maintain/clean. It is comfortable and we absolutely love it.

The owners group on Facebook is also a really nice touch because it helps you feel part of a community and easily access hints and tips for maintenance, decor etc. The recipe book is brilliant and we have tried out a couple of recipes already.

Lastly, if you're into DnD it's perfect. The DM was even using the lighting to add ambiance. Brilliant!!! Couldn't recommend strongly enough!

Following our great experience of the installation, we just wanted to add that after sales service is excellent. One of the windows warped slightly after a while and leaked cold air. (nobody's fault in my view) A brief email was responded to instantly, no quibbles, and Ross was here within a week with a replacement window. He fit it in no time and it looks perfect. Many many thanks to Ross and the whole team. Can't recommend them enough.

We have recently had an artic cabin/bar installed in our garden. The whole process from ringing and speaking to Ian at Nottingham to the installation by Jordan and Dale was beyond top class. I can't even think of anything negative to say even for something tiny! The quality of the cabin is excellent too so if you are looking for a cabin don't spend time trying to get one a bit cheaper on line go and see the quality of these and you won't be disappointed 😀

I bought my cabin from the Studley site, plenty of choice and very helpful service. John made it sound fantastic and it lived up to every word. The most professional company to deal with from start to finish and the cabin is loved by everyone!

We purchased a 14m2 cabin with a 4 meter bar extension and wow , this cabin is amazing.
The whole team at Arctic Cabins couldn’t have been more helpful, from start to finish the whole process was bliss.
The fitters were really friendly and very helpful.

Randomly, whilst property hunting, we saw a house with an Arctic Lodge in the garden, and we were intrigued by it.
We subsequently decided not to move, but we had the bug, so I found Arctic Cabins online and arranged a visit to their Nottingham centre.
I met with George on site, and he could not have been more helpful. He gave us all of the information we needed, but without any hard sell tactics - that would have switched me off straight away.
We left feeling very impressed and had made the decision to buy one, but as it was a relatively large financial investment, I carried out a bit of due diligence just to be 100% certain.
Unsurprisingly, there are cheaper alternatives out there, and when I discussed this with George, he very professionally addressed my questions, alleviated any concerns, and ultimately provided the reassurance I needed that the extra spend was justifiable and sensible, so we proceeded with the purchase.
The Lodge was installed on 2nd April, and I am absolutely delighted with it.
I've already hosted two "gatherings" and we have loved being sat around the firepit, talking, eating and drinking.
The quality of it is superb. Everything feels solid and so well put together.
I know I could have got something cheaper, but I can see exactly where the extra money has gone, so I know I have made the right choice. It has been a fantastic investment, and I will use it for many years to come.
If you are in the market for one, I would strongly recommend visiting Arctic Cabins and take a look. George was superb, the admin and finance staff were great, and the installers were mega-efficient, clean and tidy.
All in all, a superb and professional experience from start to finish and one I would highly recommend.

The day of installation was seamless. A two man team arrived at 7am on the dot as planned and finished building our 7m cabin completely by 11.30am…wow the whole process was simple and quick. If you are thinking of having a cabin I would definitely recommend Artic Cabins…genuine, efficient and professional.
