Very annoyed by being told two different things from two different receptionists at Arden house Ruislip. None of them seem like they genuinely want to help and just want to get the most money out of you they can. Wouldn’t advise anyone to go.
I was recommended to them by our normal vet who was retiring. I took our cat Pepper to Arden House to be spayed, vaccinated and chipped. Service was first rate. Later when Pepper developed oesophageal cancer, they couldn't do enough to help but sadly it was terminal. We were INSURED, (insure your pets) and most of the costs were reimbursed. Pepper had to be put to sleep, but the compassion showed towards her and us cannot be praised highly enough.
Fast forward to now, we rescued a tiny stray who was pregnant and had a very hard time. Arden house were incredibly compassionate and treated her at a very reasonable cost. I can't thank them enough, Cathy Siddal in particular. If not for her Mini may not have survived. It's a bit of a schlepp from Harrow to Ruislip, but you can't put a price on service and care. Careful of reviews that are posted out of emotion.
