Purchased 3 swim suits on cyber Monday.
The discount applied was not what was expected and was only 10% off when they had advertised significantly more! I still went ahead with the purchase as liked the products and spent over £100.
I’m on my 8th day of waiting for the order to be dispatched. I have contacted arena twice and don’t yet know where my order is up to. I’m not used to not being informed where my items are and I find this to be a really poor customer service.
My order number is 28000159975.
I’d really appreciate it if I knew where this was up to?

Sending items back is very difficult and you must pay twice for the postage. Do not recommend if not sure on your size.

I haven't received tracking…
13.11: I haven't received tracking notifications and I haven't received my order yet.
Update 14.11: Order did arrive. Just hadn't checked postbox as parcels are normally left visible inside our building. Without a notification of delivery I hadn't thought to check.
I tried on the suit and I got the size incorrect. How do I arrange a return & replacement for the size up?

Primo Skins
My child worked hard and saved up enough to purchase the latest Arena Primo. Before buying, we carefully remeasured her, even though she has purchased Arena skins multiple times before, to ensure we got the correct size. However, after using the skin in her first and only race, it let in an excessive amount of water.
Naturally, we contacted Arena to request either an exchange for a smaller size or a refund. Initially, Arena staff were very helpful, which made my child hopeful. They asked for her measurements, which confirmed that the size we selected was correct, and requested that we send the skin back for testing to rule out any manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, the testing revealed no faults, and the company refused to provide an exchange or refund. The only explanation given was that the Primo is designed for women, despite the fact that my teenage daughter has always worn the same size without any issues.
Arena should have clearly specified that the size 24 for Primo make is noticeably larger compared to their previous skins. We’ve lost trust in the brand, and, quite frankly, I would never recommend it to anyone!

Please note that the technology in the Primo suit is different from other race suits, so its fit and feel are unique.
