Found this company on eBay so ordered some bulbs for my car. If you like your bulbs just slung in a bag with some bubble wrap and no boxes then this is the place for you.

Very sorry to hear of this, I believe the bulbs you ordered are placed in a clear 'bubble wrapped' insert, followed by a bubble envelope. Generally plenty of protection in the post, I cannot see you have reported any issues? We do not supply this particular bulb in a box, nor do we advertise that fact and this is reflected in the low price that you paid, unfortunately boxes make the item packaging larger, meaning price increase!!
Vw up! Replacement bulbs
Searched my my car side light bulbs on Google and they came up as an option on ebay. I've had to buy so many of these for my up as it seems to be a fault in these cars they burn out easily. I didnt realise you could get brighter ones tho so ordered them and they are so much better! Fast delivery work great!

One bulb set 🔥 fire, luckily it never burnt the loom out and the other flashed and didn’t function. I also had a triangle come up on the dash.

Never heard anything like this before, there is not enough power goes through them to cause any sort of fire, they are 'low wattage' bulbs. Customer tried to extort a refund without sending the item back to us, reported this to eBay who are placing their account into an investigation state. Blocked them to be sure we do not have this sort of issue again - in respect of no refund, return opened and nothing sent back, we did communicate with you so unsure on the 'no communication' comment. Sadly it seems we were not able to help this customer in this instance but we are here to help as always. Thankyou

Came across this company on eBay when I was searching for led bulbs for my car interior lights. They claimed they would work and would not have any canbus errors. I fitted the bulbs and true enough they worked fine with no errors. I was contacted before delivery to say that if there was any problems to let them know directly which was quite reassuring. I've saved them as a favorite seller now in case I need any more accessories for my car as I'm sure they will be most helpful in answering any questions I have.
