misleading pricing and disappointing customer service

My wife and I got a quote to set up a family will over the phone and after explaining our situation we were given a quote of between $1500 up to $2200 by John Gallagher (Director of Argon Law). We decided to proceed and arranged to meet with John. After the meeting we were sent the fees for moving forward with the will and these were nearly double from the original quote. As we could not afford to proceed with this new fee structure, we were invoiced for each phone conversation and our face to face meeting (over $750 - which was reduced to $500 on negotiation). Expensive exercise without any results.
