Where has CS gone these days

This is a great company, making unique problem solving and innovative products at fair prices. I personally have purchased product that range from the most expensive tier to least expensive.

The not good; customer service. Unfortunately they send the we don’t want to be bothered message with an email address for customer service (no phone number). Shipping takes forever as the tracking number doesn’t move for days.

Conclusion; I will buy from them again…if I have to…I guess.
