The client service from Arlo & Jacob has been exceptional, from the advice and guidance received from the staff in the Tunbridge Wells showroom, the online ordering experience and pre delivery support and care to the delivery experience. Mark and Ian, who delivered the sofas were efficient, shared advice and guidance about sofa care. I cannot fault a single aspect and the quality of the sofas; beautiful, they did not disappoint. I would definitely recommend, it is refreshing in what feels like declining customer service environment to deal with a family run company that takes it so seriously and consistently.

Great service throughout the process, and comfy Ferdinand chairs in bespoke fabric are looking great. Very helpful delivery drivers- Ashley and Joe.

Mame in the St. Albans branch helped us decide which setup was best for us, we went for Ralph Grande and a footstool, it was worth the wait for production the quality and comfort is the best we've had.
Loads of fabrics on offer definately worth a visit, we were ready to order from another store along the same row but A&J were better value.

Aggie was wonderful helping us choose the sofa. Ian and Mark did a great job getting them both in and helping me move my old sofa too. Fantastic service all round. Highly recommend

Mark and Ian were very professional and friendly when they delivered the sofa. They were flexible about delivering via the back garden entrance. Fiona in the Bath store was delightful and most helpful. The quality of the sofa is excellent.

Having already purchased a sofa from the St Albans store we returned to purchase a foot stool. As with our previous visit, Leanne was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. What we love about Leanne is that there is no hard sell which makes the whole experience more enjoyable.

The overall service we received from Arlo and Jacob was positive too and a small hiccup with the delivery slot was soon remedied. We’re very happy with our new furniture.
