What a great delivery and setup experience. Ashley and Connor were brilliant, so friendly, incredibly polite and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, actually makes us want to make sure we get our additional furniture from Arlo & Jacob.

Our delivery went very smoothly indeed. Ashley and Connor arrived promptly and put the sofa together. They were informative and explained everything that we need to know about the new sofas. Thank you so much for being such great delivery people!!

My wife and I visited the Arlo & Jacob store in St Albans yesterday in our long-running search for ‘the’ right chair. We had a style in mind and knew the colour we wanted, but we just hadn’t managed to find the right mix of style and comfort - until Mame, the wonderfully knowledgeable assistant, helped us change our plans entirely. All of the chairs and sofas in the store were so comfortable, the music playing was just right, the lighting was inviting and Mame approached us with a relaxed ease that made me feel she was there to help, rather than simply sell. The Rex swivel chair wasn’t what we’d been looking for but it was just so comfortable. Mame listened to our colour and fabric ideas, gave us some sample options and then helped us make exactly the right selection - no pressure, just assured confidence and knowledge. We left the store knowing that we’d made exactly the right choice and excited about the delivery date.

We’re delighted with our Hector Grande sofa in Caprini dragonfly fabric. We had brilliant advice from Fiona in the Bath showroom. Fiona took the time to find the perfect sofa for our lifestyle, recommending fibre wrap for ease of care and our comfort. We absolutely love it! We also bought the Charlie small footstool in Diamond weave for our snug sitting room. It’s lovely perfect size for resting our feet on. Thank you Fiona!

Fantastic experience at Arlo and Jacob Wilmslow. Rachael looked after us in the showroom and made sure the order was perfect before placing it - I.e right configuration of sofa and fabric choice. Everything was explained clearly.

Mark and Ian our delivery drivers were lovely and even went to the trouble of popping the plastic protective covers back on our sofa after I had checked it over as we still had building work going on.

Marc and Ian took great care over transporting, bringing in, assembling and styling our Ferdinand corner sofa, giving advice on how we can take apart and assemble ourselves when needed. Sooo much easier than our previous ‘stressless’ variety. Thank you guys for the trouble and care that you took.

Really happy with the sofa and the delivery service. Fiona at the Bath branch was friendly and helpful. Mark and Ian made the delivery very easy, we live on a difficult road and the sofa needed to be placed in a difficult to navigate room in the house and they made it effortless unlike some other companies. Very pleased.

Really enjoyed the process of ordering and having our 2 x large Ferdinand sofas delivered. We went into the shop in person even though we live far away and absolutely loved all the styles and colours available. We then settled on the items we wanted and placed our order over the phone and by email. Olivia was extremely helpful throughout and even when we came up against a couple of unforseen issues beyond their control, she helped to provide solutions which were suitable for us. Our sofas are now here in situ and we absolutely love them! thank you all so much!

Ashley and Connor were heroes! They navigated some issues and spent a lot of time making sure the bed was perfect. They really did go above and beyond - this wasn’t normal delivery and assembly, it was gold standard service. Thank you!

Today we received the footstool for out sofa. The delivery came at the right time. We kindly wanted that to arrive before noon, if possible, and they delivered that in the morning. Appreciate the effort. Ashley and Connor mounted for us and gave us an extra tip on how to plum the cushion of the sofa. Great tip actually.

Beside all this, we want to thanks Arlo and Jacob to go the extra mile and customise the footstool for us. Basically we ordered a foot stool from another sofa line, but Arlo and Jacob customised the footstool to make it blend with our sofa line (always both in Arlo and Jacob the year before)

The results speak for themselves! We couldn't be happier! Thanks guys
