I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating and expensive enough that I felt it was important to share. After purchasing ARMember, we contacted them using the support method highlighted in their onboarding email with questions about migration and setup. It took 10 days to receive a response, and even then the reply was only partial. At one point, a follow-up email also bounced back.

We purchased the Enterprise plan because it listed several add-ons we wanted, but the system then attempted to charge us extra for one of them, which added further confusion during onboarding.

Because we were working on a deadline and could not get timely clarification, we ultimately moved to another vendor. My refund request was denied based on their 14-day policy, even though the support delays and lack of responsiveness were the reasons for both our decision to switch and the timing of the refund request. We also were not reminded in the onboarding emails how strictly that policy would be enforced, regardless of the circumstances.

The product appeared to offer some features not available elsewhere, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend either the product or the company.

This company continues to move the goalposts as far as payments and costs. We have been loyal customers for almost 6 years and have purchased many add ons, which were all one time payments. Out of nowhere, they require yearly fees for all of the add ons we had paid for, making our entire non profit website out of date because now we need to pay for a $400 a year enterprise level to get what we already paid for 5 years ago? Plus, now they raised their support costs to $160 a year?!! no plugin costs that much for support. They refuse to answer even a basic question unless you pay for support. Most of the problems you need support for are THEIR problems. They do have a facebook group for basic questions which they do not answer and if you say anything negative or call out a problem, they will not approve your post. This company is VERY greedy and only want to make money, even off their long time customers. We are currently looking for an alternative membership plugin who states all costs up front without the shady business practices. While the plugin itself is decent, the company ethics are deplorable.

Great membership plugin I have been using for years and even better customer care. Whenever I have requested support with aspects of the plugin, Dimple has been very responsive with advice. Highly recommend the plugin.

ARMember was the only membership system our organization could find that would handle our unique needs. After extensive research in 2022, we have seen the product grow over the last 4 years and continue to receive excellent support to this day.

Our Pickleball Club has been using the ARMember plugin for WordPress for the past 5 years. I had never put a website together before and using the combination of WordPress and ARMember has allowed us to create a membership website for over 400 members that is clean, easy to use and easy to maintain. ARMember has had regular updates during the 5 years, enhancing the product to make it easier to use and fixing any bugs. Support is responsive - within 24 hours and answers are usually helpful.

I purchased the PayPal Pro Addon and had no idea how to configure it on my website. When I connected with the sales staff via online live chat, Harvi (Support Person) helped me set everything up and stayed with me until it was working perfectly. ARMember is already working flawlessly. Highly recommended!

Every contact with support gives me peace of mind because of their speed and willingness to resolve my issues.

The 14 days trial money back is fake, they will not entertain any refund. Where else can I report them?

I've been VERY impressed with both the software, the support documents and that chats so far. Although I haven't completely finished setting up our project yet, I feel 100% confident I can achieve our goals based on the experience I've had so far. Any membership platform becomes fairly complicated quite quickly, ARMember is giving me all the tools I need to create my bespoke membership platform. The other thing that has really impressed me is that as I build my site and as I learn how to setup ARMember as I want it, it's requiring add-ons to support my usage case, which are included in the Pro licence as standard. You can get going with ARMember very quickly for a simple straight forwards setup and then build on it as your own personal usage case demands - without all the bloat, just with the actual functionality you need or want, which makes it using and learning the sofware actually quite straight forwards. Their logic is sound. The software is solid. So although I haven't finished my project yet - I'm still going to leave 5 star review now, that's how happy I am!

I Think this plugin is excellent, I am new to it and just getting going, but Ive had a good experience so far and the support so far has been excellent. Thanks to Harvi on the sales side, who helped me with a shortcode issue after i mistakenly used sales chat instead of support for the help i neeeded.

Fast and to the point helpdesk with clear steps to follow after 502 error

Image upload for member profiles does not work. You can not

1.) Remove images
2.) Edit or upload new images
3.) Constant false positives on uploaded images with "this image has malicious code"

This plugin is a nightmare to work with.

Really good support. Having tried most of the Member plugins to provide some specific features we required for the API, this plugin proved to be by far the best. Nicest interface too with no clutter. Well designed and easy to work with and customise. The price is also the most reasonable compared to the other premium plugins. Altogether 100% recommended this has to be the best plugin of the bunch we tried.
