Racist and sexiest company and the customer service is inexistent!
Comments like "Shut up and DO what I say" or "As you are from Amazon you need hot water" are comments from the Armin employees at customer service and it seems all the company agrees with this service.
My heater was not working so I reached customer service, and they said a technician would call me.... He called me and asked me if it was possible to do FaceTime and he could tell me how to fix the heater pressure. Well it was NOT my job but I just wanted things done, so I said yes.
The technician told me what to do, and I didn't give him any confidence to establish a conversation and even like this he started with comments really out of the line like "You don't have a man at home who help you, you need one" so I was like can you go please up to a point, and he continued with unrespectful comments like "You need hot water because you are from the Amazon" well, I didn't understand if it was a joke, or if he mentioned because the way I look or my accent or does he thinks am I from a jungle?... I never mentioned my nationality, but yes I am from Colombia and a part of the Amazon is there, and I am proud of it, if he found it like a joke I don't see how funny it is. Finally, I was finishing his job with the heater and I asked something and he said "Shut up and do what I say" So I said that it was so rude and he said it was a joke, definitely I don't understand his sense of humor but it was out of the line.
At the end of the call, the guy mentioned he would come next Wednesday at my place to do the heater maintenance... So I sent a feedback to the company expressing that I wouldn't feel comfortable with this guy at my place and that the technical call was racist, sexist and disrespectful, and until today I haven't received any reply from them.
Therefore a Dutch friend helped me to call and ask about the email I sent, and to our surprise the girl from Customer service knew about me and the email and instead of apologizing about the service or creating empathy with the situation, she just said that this was a joke and that I was taking the stuff so seriously, also she defended the technician and said that he is from Surinam so that it was not racist (well during the call the guy mentioned he is Dutch but this is not the point) I mean WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS? They just said they would send another guy and nothing else. The other guy who came on Wednesday said like "ohh I guess my colleague was joking", so for all of them this was a joke but for me it is not funny, I don't like this service I don't like this company and I do not recommend it.
