I was comparing the Armourdog products with some of the more expensive stands on the market. I ordered a couple of the Armourdog items for appraisal and not only did the items arrive lightning quick the quality was astounding. I will definitely be buying from Armourdog again.

I would like to recommend Armourdog for being friendly, helpful and understanding, I recently bought the wrong product from them for my new tablet (my fault) I returned the product (which was really easy), and called them to explain my mistake, after telling them which tablet case I meant to order they replaced it immediately and sent it out at no extra cost, this is brilliant service and I would like to thank them, 5 stars

There was a mistake made with the order…
There was a mistake made with the order so it was sent in two parts. As a result I had to pay double the import duty.
Also the product (armourdog® LocPad anti-theft tablet kiosk) is not suitable for this model of tablet as advertised. The Kiosk cover completely covers the Huawei T3 10 home button rendering the tablet useless once its enclosed in the unit (Even though I did select the "leave home button exposed" on the settings). Waste of €160.

Its always such a shock to read a bad review. I'm so sorry the product hasn't worked for you. I did send a very apologetic email regarding the late delivery. I'm so sorry you are so unhappy with the product. It is an enclosed kiosk so all on/off buttons are hidden from view for all tablets. If you would be kind enough to message me we can arrange for the goods to come back and a refund. There is absolutely no need for the goods or your money to go to waste. We are here to support and resolve and advise. Really sorry you've been so frustrated and disappointed. I hope you we can at least fix the financial situation for you this week and a quick chat together means I can help with a technical resolution to the on/off button not being physically visable.
