unresponsive

I managed to lock myself out of my flat and luckily Steve was working around the corner...
He dropped everything and had to damage the lock to get in which i was ok with and charged me £80 for 10 mins work..
I paid him and he said he would come back and put new casing on that was 2 months ago !!!!
Despite numourous texts has not bothered to even reply which is why I am leaving a negative resonse..
I am registered disabled so could not do myself luckily is an inside door........

Very good quote and work. Would recommend.

Contacted this company about a locksmith job and received a quick response and fixed price. Steve came to do the job and it turned into a larger job than expected, requiring specialist tools. It took three visits to complete it, but even so Steve reassured me throughout that his original quote would still stand. Great job done and very friendly service. Would certainly use again. Thank you!
