Product very difficult to assemble

I lost some bolts specific to my Rati Frunk after reinstalling post car service and Armster were happy to oblige me with spares. I was kept informed along the way and the spares duly arrived. Really impressed with Armster’s customer service so I would recommend to anyone since I would have full confidence in ordering products from them.

This was my second purchase after changing my car , would highly recommend as good fitting and as I found on my first long lasting .

The product descriptions and compatibility was made very clear, the ordering process was seamless, dispatch and delivery was fast.

The armrest itself feels premium in quality, well constructed and once installed looks like it came from the factory that way.

The only fault I found was that I'd no acknowledgement of the order, though it may well have arrived in the spam box. However it arrived by Royal Mail a few days later, really a first class service from Amster.

Ordered armrest for Mk1 Aygo, quick delivery, well packaged, easy to follow instructions and feels high quality.

Wasn't expecting the armrest to be so narrow. The fit is not exactly a perfect fit to the correct car details I put up so they must go by a broader universal fitting. When described on some videos the have on their site and advertising video, it implies that the back storage pocket is used to fill it in giving it a more sturdy hold. But instead this is actually the part that connects covering the storage but not using as a insert for armrest and rhen you screw in from the outside. For the price I feel that it could have been built more to a vehicle specific and that armrest was not narrow as it looks like a armrest for a seat attached armrest not a central piece unit. Delivery was fast but I dont feal I'm going to get even a years use before its statrs to break down. Also the colour option does not match my existing interior or that of the current central console.

Really great product!
Fitted the Armster 3 model to my VW Caddy and love it, looks almost factory.
Fitment was really easy, it literally is 15mins as quoted on their guide, my only worry and it's just me, is that I may have to notch out the handbrake relief a little but maybe not.

Armrest arrived within one week of placing order and happy with my purchase, which was as described. Fitting the Armrest was straight forward. Nice to have the option of an armrest which is semi-permanent and bespoke to my car, rather then a universal "cup holder" type.
