I wish i could give 0 star, honestly. Waste of time, energy and money, for nothing. Had an issue with LG, spent around 7000kr to buy a new machine from LG website directly. It broke down not even 2months later.. LG refused to repair in or even OUT of warranty, stating i am responsible when clearly it's a big fat and shamelessly untrue statement, otherwise i wouldn't share this on trustpilot. The lack of professionalism and support made me contact ARN for some help in such a stressful situation, my kitchen floor got damaged with all the water too etc... Been hell with them for soon a year ffs and not a single person from there called or even assigned the case to themselves, meaning it's impossible to talk to Someone directly and it takes forever to get the answer from the counterpart ... a washing machine that cost me initially 7000kr ended up taking me more than 25000kr after i had to throw the broken one, buy another one from a different brand and repair my floors. ARN REALLY NEEDS TO STEP UP because consumers are NOT happy apparently, especially when it's clearly unfair. I got no help from LG, and NO HELP from ARN either. Just being an intermediate between me and the counterpart is NOT why i contacted you in the first place. I wanted justice, not money back and said that many times. Too bad i only wasted my time.

This is a pointless waste of taxes on such organizations. They took 8 months to decide on my complaint against the car dealer. In the end, the dealer closed his company before they decided that the dealer should repair my car. I informed them that the car dealership no longer exists, but they did not react in any way, they simply made a senseless decision that a non-existent company should repair my car. Horrible.
