Good online-service for foreigners

I do not speak any Danish, so I asked your employee in the online chat to help me with finding my way around your website. They were very helpful and I could complete my purchase.

For a perfect service, I would have wanted an option to pay via PayPal. The available options were less convenient for me.

Even if the book was returned the…

Even if the book was returned twice the service and availability of the people was great!

I also ask them to call the recipient in order to conferm where she wanted the delivery and they were looking into it
they sent an email to the recipient to confirm the address and the book is on its way for the third time.

I really value the service and the support given
