We have purchased through Arnold Clark…
We have purchased through Arnold Clark previously and always found them to be very attentive and professional. We had a walkaround video of the vehicle before purchase and any minor defects were pointed out. These were attended to prior to me picking up the vehicle. The car was a 7 year Mini Clubman S and to be fair was in immaculate condition. The free 2 year service and MOT package offers peace of mind along with the 60 day guarantee.
All in all a great experience with no hard sales.

Bought our new car from MG phoenix Paisley. Had an MG HS few years ago and decided to get another one. My sister bought her new MG from the phoenix and we were with her when she bought it. Al was very helpful and did everything very professionally. That was our main reason we went back to see him at MG .

Decent car
Decent car, wouldn’t buy another car from here again but sales guy was good. Only after buying my car from here and talking to people about my experience have I learnt that many others don’t rate the customer service side after purchasing , my fault should have done more research but i needed a car quickly.

If i could give 0 stars I would!! WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Purchased a car for there to be an electrical fault within 4 weeks of having this car. 8+ weeks later and no one is returning calls or emails and still no car. No clue if it is fixed or not. The car was purchased at Hyundai Inverness - would not recommend.

Very unhelpful company
Very unhelpful company, I am trying to get a service history on a car after the garage who sold it to me stitched me up and gave me a dodgy history book and now gone bust, they wouldn't help me out at all. I appreciate there are GDPR rules but other garages have helped once I proved I now own the car. Terrible customer service
