Could have bought cheaper on eBay
The car mats were not very good quality not what I expected could have got the same mats much cheaper on eBay and no
p & p mats in use now as it hasn't stopped raining so no refund

Awful service and piss poor courier
Item ordered and paid for.
Then next we hear is it on its way back to supplier as apparently DPD couldn't find the address..... Yet another courier managed to find the address the same day and delivered another item.
Then we get told it's up to 10 days for a refund....
Absolute joke.

Our supplier uses DPD for deliveries, and unfortunately, on this occasion, the driver was unable to locate the delivery address, which resulted in the order being returned. We appreciate that this is frustrating, particularly as you were expecting your item.
Regarding your refund, the 10-day timeframe provided is the maximum time it may take to be processed once the return is received by the supplier. In most cases, refunds are completed much sooner.
