Terrible return policy. I ordered a wheel chair but the patient had an unexpected recovery. I did not open the box and asked to return. They charged me 30% or $328 plus $230 freight. I do not feel a restocking fee of this amount is fair when the box is unopened and returned immediatly

If i could do less than one star I would. I have waiting for $200 worth of clothing for 3 months. The customer service is extrnemet useless and their compromise is to keep my money and cancel the clothe. I do but if they are some cover for criminals. They will not refund me. It’s terrible don’t ever order from there. I received one thing from ther and ai don’t even know what it is.

SCAM. Do not use this company. You will not receive what you see. The images are fake and you will get nothing but cheap looking fabric that doesn’t even match what you ordered. The trick is they will refund you 50% only. And to top it you pay shipping so you make a loss either way. I contacted the police and trading standard. Companies like this should not be trading
