Still Waiting for My Refund After a Month – Very Disappointing Experience
I ordered a coffee grinder from aromatico.de about a month ago. Initially, DPD reported a problem with the shipment and said they would return the package to Aromatico. I immediately contacted Aromatico and asked them to resend the machine. Their response was that this was not possible and that I needed to place a new order, and they would refund the first one. I accepted this and placed a second order.
However, DPD ended up delivering the first machine a day later. I informed Aromatico right away and asked them to cancel the second order. They told me that cancellation wasn’t possible and that I should refuse delivery so the package would be returned automatically—after which I would receive my refund. I agreed and followed their instructions.
Last week, Aromatico confirmed via email that they received the returned package. But so far, no refund has been issued. Every time I follow up, they simply tell me that my case has “priority,” yet nothing is actually happening.
At this point, I have paid twice for the same coffee grinder due to an issue that was not my fault, and I am still waiting for my money back. This has been extremely frustrating, and if I don’t receive my refund within the next few days, I am seriously considering taking legal action. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
