Design table, international shipment
We ordered the 'Podium table' by Bontempi online at Arredare Moderno. The item was reasonably priced. The shipment from Italy to Belgium went smooth and the table arrived in perfect condition. Finally, the customer service was excellent! When I asked for information by e-mail, I received an answer within one working day. I would definitely recommend this store.

I asked for the document few months ago, but they didn't give me the document, so I still haven't received the product at the port. There has been no e-mail reply since almost three weeks ago.

If you are going to make a purchase here, I strongly recommend that you think again. They are very kind until deposit, but after that, they never answer e-mails, and even though I have asked for necessary documents several times, they either repeat the same words or don't reply at all. Don't be fooled by kindness before buying. I really regret it. There are so many different sales outlets, but this is the first time a sales outlet that ignores customers like this. Even if it offers the cheapest price in the world, I don't want to buy from them again.

as for the purchase you are referring to, we are dealing with a shipment to South Korea.
We had previously informed the customer that since there were bulky goods to be shipped through a container by ship, the estimated time frame would be longer than expected.
We have been at your disposal as customer service and we always are. We have sent all needed documents about the shipment and for the custom clearance of the goods.
Unfortunately there has been a delay by the shipping company which is not our fault.
We are always at your disposal for any clarifications.
