Very happy with the installation of my fire door fitted by svajunas

E-mailed this company regarding a small wasp nest in my shed. Was called back within the hour, spoke to a lovely lady (didn't catch her name) who told me how to deal with the problem myself as it would be costly for her to come to my home and she felt this unnecessary as was a minor problem. Followed her advice and problem solved! Can't thank her enough - excellent customer service, no charge. Would definitely use again if required - highly recommended, thank you.

We were invaded by a swarm of bees which were coming into our house in their hundreds. We assumed they were in the loft but it was difficult to pinpoint as they were turning up everywhere.
Paul arrived and soon found the source of the problem, in our cavity wall.
We feard the worst as that can be a difficult problem. However, Paul had modern equipment and was able to rid us of the problem in one visit, at a fair price. We will definitely use him again.

Good Company who help when needed

I awoke yesterday morning to find around a dozen wasps flying in my spare bedroom. I immediately closed the window as they appeared to be flying in.
I searched around the room and couldn't find anything until I lifted my spare bed to find a pretty big wasps nest (think christmas pudding plastic container for size).
I rang a few numbers on the internet but no one answered until I called Arrest Apest. They were friendly and helpful and said they would turn up at between 2 and 4pm to remove it.
At around 2.15pm they turned up, inspected the nest and got into his protective suit and 15minutes later came downstairs with the nest etc in a black bag.
He sprayed the room and then gave me some advice and left.

Very pleased with there service and hope I never need them again but if I do they will be my first call.
