Horrible Bus service...has a 7am time from stevenage to luton and it never comes, so why put it there n mess with our lives. We can't plan our journey cos we never kw wen d bus will show. Such an incompetence service...how can u put 7am on your bus but no buses never come at 7am ...having us waiting for another hour..that is not fair..atleast remove the time so u domt delay for us but it's not removed..and date of experience is everyday. I supposely took the Bus Z from Luton Airport at 8 pm on 30 December 2025. The bay for the bus Z is located at Bay H. However, the lady bus driver did not park in the right place and just change to Bay J. I missed the bus and need to wait an half hour. This is so messy service.

a greedy company that cares none about its customers or any type of common courtesy. the app and tickets mislead you and offers zero information its designed so you have to pay your way to information by buying ticket after ticket. the driver couldn't be bothered about giving me simple direction regarding where to get off and where to catch my connecting bus. .....just autonomous paying systems and zero human interaction save from aggression..i thought i was abroad in a 3rd world country travelling on this system no disrespect to 3rd world, simply he lowest standard i have encountered in the UK.I have worked customer relations for two giant international companies. UK companies standards no longer warrant positive feedback as we decline backward to the days of the crusades

The X5/5A service from Melton Mowbray to Leicester is appalling. My young teenager, along with several other students, has to use this bus to get to school and the service frequently lets them down. This morning, the bus driver missed a major stop and was subsequently early for the next stops along the route. This caused a lot of people and kids to miss the bus and be late for school. Very late.
At this point in time, it feels intentional, especially with the threatened industrial action.

Is there zero star or one must give atleast one star+++. If there is anything less than 1 star then Arriva 302 cannot miss.. Welwyn to Hemel especially the afternoon team. You will wait from 2pm to 6pm some days not even a single. Worst is the intalink keeps indicating and removing every time.

Yet again no bus (26) has arrived, the laughable thing is when it eventually does arrive, it will be filthy dirty as this bus company certainly don't maintain them. I find it puzzling how such a bad bus company is allowed to operate.

poo just poo. i absolutely hate the 300 bus service it’s actually laughable at this point. all the time i’m wondering if the bus is going to turn up and then if i’m going to get a seat. it’s the worst bus service in England. on 12th december 2025, the bus service to Liverpool queen square was cancelled and the next one severely delayed. i’ve genuinely never encountered such an awful service. immediate change needs to happen

The service is regularly letting people down with buses frequently not turning up. The no2 and no53 services in Oswestry cannot be relied upon. Such a shame as only a few years ago these services were regular and prompt. What has gone wrong Arriva?

I went on one of the newer buses today with my son, I am 5 foot 2 & have short legs there is no leg room everyone was sitting diagonally!
It was a very uncomfortable ride ,my son who is a lot taller than me says he often has bruises on his knees due to there being no leg room.

Very Rude Bus Driver Maidstone 82 route
I had a very unpleasant experience with Arriva recently. I was travelling with my 4-year-old son from Packwood Treetops to Maidstone Bus Station. I paid £3 for the journey, but the driver stopped in Maidstone town centre and told me to get off, even though I clearly explained that I needed to go to the bus station.
The driver was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was travelling with a small child, and instead of assisting us, he spoke in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I also have the ticket and a photo of the bus as proof.
I am very disappointed with the service. Arriva needs to train their drivers to treat passengers—especially parents with young children—with basic respect. This experience has made me lose confidence in Arriva.

I am quite appalled by the level of service by Arriva bus driver, tall bald man in his 40-50 ties operating bus number 4139 - he was rude and answered all questions sarcastically, drove very aggressively and kept laughing to himself out loud. He made me and my 80 year old mom quite uncomfortable.
I’ve never used their bus and did not know if my tickets wlll be checked before entering the bus - when I asked if I can come in, he aggressively asked why I would be coming in when he is coming out!
Honestly, absolute joke.
