Delicious cookies, first ordered a couple years ago then decided to get a birthday treat this month and they're still just as yummy. Fast delivery and lovely packaging.

extremely tasty cookies tho I had to wait many days due to bank holiday messing up my order but once received was not disappointed

Having ordered these before over a year ago they were amazing but this time they were awful, very gritty and oily?? The taste was nowhere near what it use to be so I am sure they have gone for cheaper ingredients.

Won't be purchasing again and the rest are going in the bin along woth the brownies that are band. Infacy lidl brownies are better and so much cheaper.

The cookies were fabulous. The texture was amazing nice and soft and rich and amazing. The only critique I would have is that the biscoff in the middle did not ooze out like the advertised photo of it when heated up. Apart from that. 10/10

Top quality cookies and brownies

Please do not purchase from this company !!!* I ordered some cookies for a colleague from work off sick as a treat. The cookies never arrived to the person they were showing delivered but never arrived , I contacted arrival cookies straight away who told me that I needed to get in touch with DPD the delivery company I was also told by Em, if DPD tried to tell me to contact Arrival Cookies to complain I was to tell them this was not how it's done ? That DPD would need to refund me ??? What !!! When I told 'Em' that no normal practice is the company you actually purchased the item from offered a refund or replace the item this is what happens ? She told me no it was down to DPD it was not their problem ?? When I contacted DPD they checked and confirmed the delivery had been delivered to the wrong address due to GPS , they told me get back in touch with arrival cookies and they would arrange a refund or replacement, when I told her what 'em' had told me to tell her she was gobsmacked !!! She said no we don't refund it's down to the company you purchased from ?? DPD was very helpful but still no replacement or refund . I have written numerous emails and Facebook messenger messages the only person that has got back to me with extremely poor responses was 'Em' , again the response IV had is it's not down to them to refund or replace it's DPD ??? Just to show how company's are meant to deal with these situations, flowers ordered a while ago never arrived , ordered from mark's & Spencer delivery company DPD, marks & Spencer could not apologise enough and immediately offered a refund or replacement!!!!! That's how you deal with failure to full fill and order to a customer !!! 'Em' thinks otherwise happy to take my money but not fulfill the order . Just for you to know how dodgy this person is , emails back and for at first were signed just 'Em' after me pushing and pressing then the sign off on the email changed to HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ' well if someone like this is dealing with situations like this in the way they are I would be embarrassed!!!!! Thanks arrival cookies for absolutely ripping me off !!!! I will be taking advise and taking this further !!!I suggest some retraining for 'Em' absolutely disgraceful

Bought for my son and daughter in law as a treat - they love them.

Having previously ordered from Arrival I was always really happy with their product. That said, their refund policy and complete lack of empathy in customer service is horrifying.

I had a cookie parcel 'delivered' by DPD, it was left at my front door on a busy city street and was taken before I could get home.

Arrival Cookies have refused to replace or refund my order. Despite the fact they can easily get this refunded by DPD's insurance as it was a DPD failing to leave the parcel in a safe place.

They also straight up lied, and said it was DPD's responsibility and they would refund me. Anyone who knows how online purchasing works knows it's always with the seller. They can then claim the value of the lost goods through DPD.

If you do order, ensure you are in for the DPD parcel. Otherwise, you'll have lost out on £25 or more.

These cookies are amazing. One is a meal in itself. My one very minor criticism is that some of the cookies look the same. If you have family members who want dibs on certain flavours it can be pot luck which ones you get. It would be really good if the outer sleeve/wrapper could be marked with an initial depicting the flavour.

Cookies were nice but not worth the price tag.

Brownies were not as good as the picture looked on the website.

Can't complain really, but I'd love it if for the same price you could just get a whole box of red velvet!

I really rated these the first time I ordered but the last couple of orders weren’t great , a lot of the kinder , Nutella etc ones tasted the same and I actually ended up throwing some away , really disappointing. You also have no idea which flavour is which in the boxes . They need labelling . The brownies had no resemblance to the pictures at all .
