The best cookies I’ve ever had

The best cookies I’ve ever had! These cookies are absolutely delicious and my son adores them. Small delay with our order but this is a DPD strike issue and not Arrivals fault. Customer service was great and prompt in getting back to me regarding my order. Would definitely buy again.

Cookies and brownies as good as always

I think that although there was a delay, the team came back to my queries and gave me a date of when to expect it. To my surprise I got the cookies earlier. They were helpful and the brownies and cookies were great, they never disappoint. I think this time I bought the best combo yet :)

Disappointing service…

The delivery was about a month delayed, which meant the person who I was sending the cookies to, my stepson, was no longer at uni and so couldn’t actually get them. No update was given during the delay. Really disappointed.

Amazing cookies

Amazing cookies! They’ve had some issues with deliveries as has everyone else with strikes. So ignore the stroppy people moaning, they ruin it for everyone else.
Best tasting cookies I’ve ever had!

I never received the biscuits

I never received the biscuits! I contacted customer experience who said they would sort it out and I’m still waiting. On the 21st November I was told by customer experience that the issue was resolved. After chasing this on the 27th Nov I was told by the same person that there were delays and I haven’t heard back from the company since even after several chases. It’s been over a month now

Every flavour was so delicious

Every flavour was so delicious, i didnt want it to end. The cookies were packaged very well and securely so none of them were broken, and the delivery was fast. Definitely recommend!

The cookies are always great but…

The cookies are always great but everything else is poor. Delivery was in transit for a few days meaning that they were less fresh when finally arrived. Don’t bother contacting them because they never reply. Wanted to know what the flavours of the Black Friday editions were because they’re not for sale online when arrived but still no reply! Therefore it’s a lucky dip!!!
Have bought them a few times in the past and had no problems but don’t think I’m buying again after this bad customer service! Not worth buying cookies that I don’t know what they are! They could put what they are on the paper wrappers

Consistently great product

Have ordered from this company a few times now and have never been disappointed! Ordered with them recently as they had BOGOF for Black Friday so was a real bargain, and they arrived quickly and well packaged. Took them into work and people were raving about them, as they microwaved them at 9.30am (I did warn them about potential sugar high but they are adults so had to leave them to it!) Will definitely continue to buy from Arrival!

Very poor service

I placed my order for brownies and received cookies. I contacted customer services who took several days to reply and said they would send brownies 'as a gesture of goodwill', not because I had actually ordered and paid for them. However another week on I am still waiting for the brownies. Very poor.

Non-Arrival Cookies

There should be an option for zero stars as 1 is misleading for how appalling this company is. Ordered on 30th Nov 2022 two packs of cookies Aurora and Cosmo classics. Received the automated email confirming my order and stating they'd be delivered in 1-3 working days. hahahah. 1-3 working days!? It's now 13th December and not heard anything since. Tried multiple times to contact their utterly non-existent customer service and you get an automated response saying they'll be in touch within 2-3 days. Utter jokers. Avoid and do not send these clowns a penny. I've now done a chargeback with my bank to recover my money.

Oh the irony of calling yourself "Arrival" Cookies when you don't deliver anything.

** UPDATE FOLLOWING REPLY FROM EM **
It's very unprofessional to blame the delivery company. Not one of my multiple emails was responded to for over a week. When you finally did reply after I'd left my review you said you couldn't access ANY of your social media accounts or emails??? You also said you'd run out of boxes. So it's a bit rich to lie and blame DPD when you clearly were the cause of your own bad review.

Poor customer service

This was my first order, cookies for myself and Brownies as a gift. When the box arrived the brownies had a leaflet telling me what the flavours were but different to what I’d ordered including ginger. Knowing that the recipient of the gift cannot eat ginger I emailed Arrival but it was a week before I got a response by which time I purchased my friend an alternative gift and gave my neighbour the brownies as I too dislike ginger.
Finally a response from customer services telling me that the leaflet was wrong and eventually offered a full refund. Rather than accepting a full refund I truthfully said that as the cookies were ok I’d be happy to accept a gift voucher for just the amount of the brownies. Clearly it doesn’t pay to be honest as since then I have heard nothing further from Arrival with all emails ignored and no gift voucher

Still awaiting delivery 2 weeks and counting

Still awaiting delivery for some cookies that have now took 2 weeks to be dispatched. I’ve emailed and messaged twice on instagram for no-one to get back to me. I would definitely avoid if you don’t want to lose your money.

The cookies are lush but the computer says no

The cookies are delicious but there is no way to get in touch quickly if you need a change. We sent an email and got an automated response saying someone would be in touch in 2-3 days, but no one ever replied. Our friends were away and wouldn't be in to receive the order, so we wanted to cancel it. Hence the email. We had no response to our email but we did receive a message saying DPD was off delivering our order. We diverted the order through DPD (again, we couldn't cancel) to a refugee drop-in centre but we also couldn't swap our friend's name with the centre's name so it turned up with our friend's name on it. We left a voice message with the refugee centre (but who knows if they heard it) so did the cookies get eaten? Who blinkin' knows!
