Great service as always from Arrow Electricals, one switch was faulty when it arrived and Natalie quickly arranged for a replacement to be posted out to me. Have bought from Arrows plenty of times now

I have used Arrow Electricals several times to buy lighting fixtures and the quality of the product and service has always been very good. This is the first time I have had a fault (product arrived damaged) but they were easy to contact and resolved the issue straight away sending out 2 new replacement fittings. Very happy with the customer service and would happily recommend them.

In error I was sent a chandelier in the wrong colour, the team went above and beyond to arrange a swap the next day. Couldn’t have been more helpful

I spoke to the websales dept. for advice as we were trying to colour match sockets/switches to kitchen ironmongery. They were very helpful and advised what item to buy. The delivery was super quick, think the product arrived the next day. Sadly, had to return the item as the colour didn't match, but another call to the team and the return process was explained which was straight forward and Natalie who I spoke to on this occasion was most helpful.

Excellent range, great prices and outstanding service. I had mistakenly ordered one wrong item, Arrow Electrical were quick to respond, made the return easy and processed the refund promptly. Would use again.

Arrow Electrical were the only online store I could find with the exact directional spotlights - right size, right colour. The price was extremely reasonable. Ordered on Friday and arrived on Saturday. How do you do that from the other end of the country?! Easy and informative website too. Thanks.

Arrow Electrical had everything in stock, other retailers didn't, Natalie at websales helped guide me throught the process, checking availability and has a great knowledge of product range. Very quick delivery and great product.

Highly recommend Arrow Electrical. I couldn't order a particular light in Australia because it was out of stock. I looked up Arrow Electrical online and they were so easy to deal with. The lights were delivered quickly without any damages. Lights were exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend ordering overseas from the team. They were a delight to deal with.

Awful company. Sub standard customer service which takes no action nor responsibility for selling defective products. I would not recommend buying from this site nor its parent company.

This review is for the Chiswick store. Never before have I encountered such rude and unhelpful staff. Left me completely speechless. Shame on you.

Phoned another company and explained I needed express delivery. They said no. Phoned Arrow Electricals and explained to the lovely lady who answered, my predicament. WOW. So helpful. Light fitting delivered next day. Throughout the whole phone call the woman was so polite, understanding and helpful. Light now fitted and looks amazing.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
They lost my shipment within the UK.
The call center staff was helpful but a 'senior manager' tried to blame me for their error(!)
Then she refused to replace the item. She wanted me to buy it again, and trust them to ship it(!)
