I've shopped with Arte21online a couple of times, and I've always had a really good experience with them. I don't think the website is available in English, but with a little AI translation everything's worked just fine. They pack fragile art goods well, and everything I've ordered has made it in one piece to the other side of the continent. It may take a couple of days for goods to be shipped, but I guess this is a small store, so I don't mind :)
