Excellent service and product
Excellent service with a great product - really pleased with our purchase. Process was very smooth from start to finish with great communication via both email and phone.
Delivery was superb with driver placing the astroturf in exactly the correct position so we simply had to roll out the astroturf which we were a little worried about - made it so much easier.

The price is good
The price is good, the product is good, the customer service was prompt and courteous but tracking the delivery was stressful.

Good Product
Bought extra as I needed to fill a larger gap after removing paving slabs. Both times my order arrived promptly and was good quality for my dogs. Got this due to my dog having reactions to fresh grass and it seems to working. Highly recommend.

Ordering was straight forward.
Ordering was straight forward, but I needed some help and the Customer Help Line was amazing. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, and supportive.
I needed to delay the delivery until the next week and this was no trouble, and the grass and underlay arrived as requested. Laying the underlay and then the grass was very straight forward. Cutting was done with a standard cutting knife that uses replaceable blades. The backing for the grass is tough and several blades were used, but it was easy to cut with a sharp blade. The end result was better than we had hoped. We are more than happy and we are recommending Artificial Grass Direct to our friends and family members. Excellent service and a fantastic product, five stars all round.!
