Ignored communication and no refund?!
I purchased a calendar from this website on 19.02.25, and shortly after received an email confirming a 2024 calendar instead of the 2025 one. I immediately contacted Art In Print via email and WhatsApp, and they acknowledged my messages, informing me that the 2025 calendar was sold out.
I assumed a refund would be processed, but three weeks later, despite numerous follow-up emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, I’ve received no response. The lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating.
I had no choice but to claim the funds through my bank, who are now investigating the issue. This has been a terrible experience and is embarrassing for the artists they represent. I would not recommend this company due to their poor customer service and failure to resolve the issue.
