I adore the natural dye, hand knit wool sweater I picked up in the Rome store in September. It’s been in heavy rotation as it’s fitting in both casual wear around the house days and out for evening comfortable elegance.
I love the soft feel and structure which is lose but not sloppy.
I’m certain I’ll be picking up more items, as this brand is very aligned with my values and their quality is outstanding

I initially had an issue with the delivery going to Australia. The customer support was extremely helpful and quick to follow up with getting the package redirected. It did overall take quite long to arrived which was disappointing but my husband loved the sweater(quality and design is top notch). He wants his whole wardrobe to be Artknit now.

Excellent product at the right price delivered with seamless customer experience

Artknit is a business that does simple tings very well.
By simple I refer to the fact that the garments are the basics that we should all own.
The quality is excellent, and the price point is appreciably less than the equivalent for a "Brand".
What should never be overlooked is their championing of small, local producers, and their approach to sustainability.
They are just very good!

I had the merino wool jacket over three years on my wishlist and finally decided to buy it, even though the price point was something that holded me back as a student. after feeling the fabric and seeing how lovely it was packed, I felt instantly in love with the quality and am looking forward to purchase my second jacket hopefully next year. what I noticed after wearing it for two weeks now is the slight peeling that is occuring which is normal for the wool fabric, but it was not this fast for another brand I own.

I am extremely satisfied with the jackets and sweater I purchased both for the quality and the cut. excellent value for money.!

I'm absolutely in love with this linen-cotton blend top! The fabric is incredibly soft and breathable, making it perfect for warm weather. The cut is flattering and the length is just right. I've received so many compliments on it! I especially loved how the garment came with a handy storage bag, which is perfect for keeping it wrinkle-free while traveling. Highly recommend!

I bought because I like their values and the clothes look good. But had a terrible customer experience. Item got delivered to a wrong address and Artknit customer service didn't support by issuing a claim to the courier or requesting the courier to ship the item to my home. Very disappointed that this good looking business is not supported by an adequate customer service. Will not buy again until they do not fix their processes to serve the customer.

I ordered a gift from ArtKnit - for home delivery to Luxembourg, but the courier mistakenly sent it to a parcel shop that is an hour away from my home.

For days, we tried to discuss arranging delivery to our home address after paying the shipping fee. However, ArtKnit didn't take accountability for the shipping mishap and opted to play it safe. After several days of back-and-forth, we were informed that the item is being sent back to Italy.

As a frequent customer, this experience is a letdown, especially since having it shipped back to Italy instead of simply redelivering it to my home address by car seems contrary to their environmental responsibility.

It's a new brand for us and we were very pleased with the quality, cut and material of the items we selected.

Stylish selection and natural fibres

Beautiful product the jacket which I ordered for my wife. She wanted sth like that made of cotton, and she found it in your shop. My wife is happy with the jacket.

Returned items two weeks ago (tracking says delivered two weeks ago) and sent two mails asking for the refund status but never got any response. Opened a fraud claim now with Amex. Disappointing.
