I'm so happy with my product
I'm so happy with my product. It's very soft and the fit is perfect. It also came with a beautiful bag to keep it nice, safe and clean in while it's in my closed. What I also like is the 'how to care' for the product myself to make sure to keep it use as long as possible. Also the way how you communicate your sustainable identity is great. I'm in love with this brand.

General high quality products which is great, but I have also received products with defects.
Customer service could be faster to react and are not particularly pro-active to speed up the process of getting a replacement/refund.

Warm and beautiful
The merino pull, the skirt and the trousers are well made and well fitting items and they look beautiful as well. The pull is pleasantly warm, like only 100 percent (soft) wool can offer.

Good quality, pricing is somewhat confusing,
So far, I have ordered multiple items from Artknit.
The quality of the products is good, not all of them excellent but most very good value for their price.
Concerning pricing, this is somewhat confusing.
For example, I have ordered a merino wool t-shirt from them for EUR 125. The product was good, the price okay.
By contrast, their quite substantial Merino Wool Shawl Cardigan, which I have also ordered, is a real bargain at EUR 219.
Further, what I am missing is data on the exact garment weight, e.g. 300g/m2 or similar. This leaves some surprise when ordering, even though they have a helpful subjective but not precise scale on weight and warmth.

The final price is influenced not only by the weight, but also by the cost of processing and the type of wool used. Ultrasoft wool is more expensive and so is its processing :) A warm greeting from the Artknit team
The best quality and design
The best quality and design, both me and my husband now can’t go back to mass market options. Customer support was also very quick and nice. The only thing I’d love to change is default to returns via fedex pick up. Sometimes they don’t come or you miss them, I’d love to have an option to get DHL or UPS label and drop the package myself

Mens woolen rib rib polo
I bought this sweater for my husband. It is the 4th item I bought from Artknit and the first mens item.
The mens sweater is beautifully made, flattering and comfortable. It’s very well priced for a garment of this quality. The process from ordering to delivery was very easy.

Products are fine / bad return
The products are fine, but some doesn’t fit. And it is not possible to send it back. I don’t know how it works with fedex. Here aren’t shops!

Quality differences
I've orderer a Merino Wool Jacket last year and I love it. The quality is superb and I thought - that's my brand. Then I just bought a Cashmere sweater and the quality is really poor. What happened? Why does the quality differ so much? I would love to give it back but I have already been wearing it - so, what would you suggest?
