Very friendly service and lovely product
EDIT:
After I've left my negative review, the store reached out, saying they never received my email. After that, the item was delivered promptly, and I even received a little gift with it. So after the initial disappointment, the customer service was excellent, thank you!
I never received the product. Radio silence after placing my order, even though the website states next-day delivery on working days. They're not responding to emails and there's no other way to contact them. Disappointed :(
