They are con artists,took my money and didn't deliver a thing, cancelled my hotel booking at the last minute stranding me and my family at an airport. Please ATTENTION DON"T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.
They didn"t return my money either.Arun Sharmas certifiacate with the ASTA organisation is a fake one.

Anyone who had faced issue with Arun in Dec last year, work with him and he is not a cheater. Looks like he had some issue, but he delivered to his promise and re-booked all back to our family.

Update to my previous post below.

Surprisingly Arun has tuned back to me and re-booked my holiday now. I have received all the CONFIRMED flight tickets and the confirmed hotel voucher etc... His communication has increased a lot and looks like his bad days are over.

I know people under go tough times and he has lived up to his promise now. I will leave a good feedback once my family is back from dubai after 2nd March.

Well Done Arun, when I lost all hopes, you delivered to your promise 2nd time.

The person who communicated with me is Pushpendra Chaurasia.

2 weeks before our travel to India, my wife got sick and her Gastroenterologist advised her against travel. We had to cancel all of our international as well as india domestics flights and travel package with ARV holidays. We got Doctor's letter and got refunds from all different airlines.

At that time pushpendra told me that they would refund back my deposit in a month.

Since then I have talked and e-mailed multiple times to following people

Arun Sharma Amit Kumar Srivastava Anup Sharma Sandeep Ratnakar, Naveen

All of them kept giving excuses and finally I talked to "owner" Arun Sharma multiple times and he kept postponing returning money with excuses like

He his sick, would return next month, next week, and on-and-on.

Now he has stopped answering my phone calls also.

I texted him that I would write my story on tripadvisor and that would reduce his business more than my deposit of $600 and it makes sense to return my deposit, but looks like he doesn't care.

ARV employee mentioned to me that company is in trouble and Arun has not paid salary for past 3 months to his employees also!!

I have posted above review on many websites besides tripadviser. Seeing these terrible reviews Arun Sharma sent me e-mail that he would refund my money. I told him to give refund on the credit card he charged $600. He said he tried to refund but could not do it on credit card. He asked for my "indian back account". This looked very fishy to me. Knowing Arun Sharma I felt he lied trying to refund on credit card and now asking my bank account number.

I sent him e-mail to refund using paypal. he send me e-mail he can't pay 6% charges that paypal would charge him. I sent him e-mail that I would pay 6% back. He never e-mailed back.

Again proves to you all one more time how much dis-honest Arun Sharma is

Dear Friends, today I am writing my tour and travel experience for those who love taking the enjoyment of the tour along with their beloved. Last month, I booked the Northeast tour package from ARV Holidays Pvt Ltd. My beloved was also along with me. Both of us had a lot of fun and romance with each other. This destination was very suitable for us to make it memorable till all the life long.

In July 2007 A.D., I went to Mauritius along with my friend to have the fun of the tour. There, we took the fine glimpse of the Chamarel Seven Colored Earths. The water sports activities in this island destination were very enthralling. The tour package was booked from ARV Holidays Pvt Ltd. Amit Kumar Jha was very cooperative for us from the starting to the end of the tour. The tour guide was very supportive to us during the entire sightseeing tour of this island destination. In future too, I would like to book the Mauritius tour package from this tour and travel company. Really, the sales executives of this tour company deserve thanks from the clients.

We booked 3N/4D package for Amarnath Yatra. Delhi and back to Delhi. Over a period of 45 days of dealing with them, it is nothing less than horrific experience. We sent inquiry on their website and we got immediate response for our inquiry. After taking the advance, there is complete silence from their employee Smita Kumari. The did not send tickets for more than 4 weeks. It took continuous follow up on emails, phone but no response. She said she is on leave and gave some other numbers. No response on their toll free number, Delhi number or their operations (Sandeep). We felt like harassed by their working style. At last a guy by name Arun came to rescue and he sent the tickets. For getting the details of car and helicopter tickets and hotel vouchers, it literally took 4 weeks of intense follow-up on emails, phones. Surprising part is no one picks the phone. Even Arun went silent. ARV sent the car details on 12th midnight where as we are landing on 13th in Srinagar. Helicopter tickets were handed over on road in Srinagar when we are enroute to Sonamarg, by someone to the car driver.

Booking is for 13th night to Sonamarg in Glacier Heights hotel. But when we went there, they put us in a 3rd class hotel by name Hotel Burzmaan. If I have to write about the stay experience of Burzmaan, it will be a book. They put us in this hotel on 13th night. And from 14th night they put us in Hotel Naqash in Srinagar. Expectation is that we complete the Amarnath darshan on 14th and drive back to Srinagar. But Helicopter tickets are at 1.30 PM on 14th from Baltal to Panchatrani and return to Baltal is on 15th morning at 7.30 AM. Not sure what ARV thinks but they messed up the entire trip. We have to book different hotel at Sonamarg for 14th night. And we have to hire Horses from Amarnath to all the way down to Baltal on 14th night. We could reach Srinagar only on 15th afternoon. It wasted another night booking at Hotel Naqash in Srinagar.

For Amarnath kind of Yatra, you should never depend on such travel agencies who are highly unprofessional, irresponsible and insensitive. Our experience is so bad with their communication, coordination and planning. The most disgusting part is their irresponsible behavior. They don’t pick phones. Changing the hotels and putting in a 3rd grade lodging, no planning in terms of Helicopter timings and ground reality made our life miserable. Only by god grace we could survive with this chaotic booking and handling done by ARV. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU WANT PEACEFUL TRIP, either it is Amarnath or any other place.

We had been to a 5N/6D tour package of Malaysia & Singapore this summer. Generally we tour through Cox and Kings but the tickets were full this time hence we ventured into trying ARV travels for the first time just based on their reviews & ratings. However it turned out to be organised excellently well. The pick up on all days was on time in good AC coaches with good English speaking drivers. Kenny the driver assigned to us in Malaysia was excellent ! ARV had maintained its commitments all throughout and as per the promised package. The only improvement that I see is that food choices for vegetarian Indians should be more. In complimentary breakfast, we could get only bread & butter on most days. Vegetarian Lunch or dinner should also be organised. Over all very good experience. Vikas Gaur & Sudha organised it well for us. Looking forward to a similar experience in Europe trip next year. Would certainly recommend this to my friends & relatives.

I request all plz dont book any package with arv holidays. We booked shimla kulu manali package. First day they told us dat dere is no car who will do siteseeing where as other ppl from our hotel are provided car. We have paid for private car on package but actually they provided us all tour on sharing basis. One day siteseeing they have avoided. We have paid for package for 3 * hotel but they have given us 2* hotel. They even didnt receive calls also. They are very arrogant and dont no manage customer relation. They have ruined our trip.

I wish I could given 0, we went to Dubai during Chrismas and was offered sight seeing including visit to Burj Khalifa top. When we left we were told that the local representative will book Burj Khalifa. and after spending couple of days in Dubai we got to know that ARV couldn't book as the tickets are sold and offered refund which was never credited after months follow-up. And BTW we were able to book Burj Khalifa on our own and got the ticket without any issue, so I don't know why ARV wasn't able to book. Looks like it is a fraud company.

I had booked my Thailand tour land package through ARV holidays..
Experience was not so good. After they took the payment, there was no follow up. We ourselves had to keep on following to get confirmation of hotel and travel. The girl i have discussed my travel plan & finalized left the organization , no body is assigned for my travel. due to this, they changed my hotel bookings 3-4 days before departure. Initially they have confirmed some other hotel (4 star) and changed at the time of providing vouchers with 3 star for which our experience is very bad. They compensated this with some private transfers but not enough...Dinner voucher provided in Bangkok, but their staff was very rude and behaved very badly...
Rest is OK.
Not recommended.

I was booked a trip for Himachal with ARV holidays. The trip was very good and the driver of cab provided is also nice and friendly. But the hotels provided to me was not up to the mark. I stayed 05 hotels in which only two hotels are impressive, two are terrible/ not for stay, one is adjustable. I think ARV should check the hotels that they provide for their customer. BCoz the hotels providing the room in which some room is very small/ phone connection is also dead/ Geyser not working properly/ Bed is not satisfied/ no helper for bags/ Late coming orders (breakfast/Dinner)/ Cleanliness of rooms/ providing of Honeymoon package/ Lightnings are not glowing (dim light).

We have been told that you will be provided with Individual Car, but forget about individual, the car itself was not there to pick us up from Bus stand. We managed to reach the Hotel from Autorickshaw some how. After that an Eeco was sent which was in terrible condition. Upon calling ARV staff, we realized that all the mobiles were switched off. The hotel where we stayed (Hotel President) was good. I would recommend not to book from ARV Holidays ever.
