AT FIRST IT WAS GOOD, AGENT WAS FAST AT REPLYING SAID "I SHOULD WAIT FOR 24 HRS" and so i did but after that no one bother to respond
I TRIED CONTACTING WHATSAPP, SUPPORT TICKET, AND NOTHING I GET NO RESPOND
THEY SAID THEY SEND REFUND REQUEST ALREADY BUT UP UNTIL NOW I STILL HAVENT GOT MY MONEY
ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS !!!!!!

Aryanict is the worst hosting company in Afghanistan
Aryanict is one of the worst web hosting company in Afghanistan. I have a reseller account with this company, I paid the renewal fees on 28th March, 2022 but it's 8 April, 2022 now. My domain was included in the package of the reseller account, so they just updated my payment credits in their website, but still they didn't renew my domain after passing 12 days.
I contacted them several times through WhatsApp, phone call, ticket support, and even talked with the CEO.
They just promise to update, then again the don't do anything.
I have chosen them due to their hosting prices, but their customer support is ZERO. I don't recommend Aryanict to anyone anywhere.
Please don't waste your money and time for such a poor serving company because they don't value their customers so how do you expect to value your website.
I am not interested to write reviews because I don't want to harm the fame of anyone, but they obliged me to write my bad reviews on bad services of ARYAN ICT on trustpilot so they should consider and value their customers. I wanted to leave my review in their Facebook page, but they turned off the reviews tab.
Everyone is taking money for serving others. So they should serve for the sake of the money they get from people.
When it comes to support, ARYANICT is the bad company in Afghanistan, but when it comes to PRICING it's better than many other hosting providers.
If anyone wants, I have all the proof. Even I tickmarked the option of "The review will be sent to info[@]aryanict.com."
