Deceptive description of plugin with slow and unhelpful support. They blame "user error" for non-function when the correct recommended steps were taken and the plugin still didn't function as described.

I would advise exercising caution before making a purchase from this provider. In my experience, their focus appears to be primarily on the transaction itself, with limited attention to customer support following payment. Unlike many other plugin companies, refunds are not offered if you find the product does not meet your requirements. There are several alternative businesses offering similar services that, in my opinion, demonstrate a stronger commitment to customer care.
