Booked a sameday courier from Bristol to Coventry at 10am on a Friday. Gave some specific instructions for collection as our site is really difficult to navigate. Courier called ahead and was happy to meet me and follow me on to site and followed all site instructions. Courier was polite and well presented. Goods were delivered to Coventry within 3 hours. Our customer was also very happy with the service as they urgently needed the parts that were being transported.

All in all, well above expectations and requirements. Will use again.

Mollie Cray was absolutely outstanding and helpful. Airline kept me in the dark. She resolved and delivered along with help of Amk the driver within 2 hours which is the distance from the airport to my house

We had 2 bags to be delivered that missed a connecting flight. The first bag was delivered within 24 hrs of KLM saying it had gone to ASAPExpress although to the wrong address. The second bag took far longer with ASAPExpress showing it was out for delivery and would be delivery item 3 mid afternoon 7th January but their tracker system wasn't working. We tracked the bag (through the itag) watched it travel all round London including within 4 mins drive of our location and end up in Acton overnight - presumably in the drivers van on the street. It was finally delivered the next day but to the wrong address again. We had tried contacting them numerous times over the 3 days this was going on, leaving messages for them to ring us but no response. They do not pick up their phone and their tracker wasn't working again yesterday. The 2 good things were that we were finally re-united with our bags and their sub-contractor drivers were helpful.

On their website, they state they deliver service and not 'bull' (icon of a bull) and provide proactive communication to passengers for the aviation section of their business.

And yet, they have 0 way of contacting them, you will only receive one not very informative email once your bags are on the way with again 0 way of contacting them. They do not pick up their phone.

Update: They also did not deliver on the date stated they would with again no updates on the tracking tool or elsewhere.

I have been trying to call for over an hour, so that I can pick up my luggage. Update still nothing and all calls are going to answer machine. What an applauding service.

My company Sears needed a delivery from the U.K. to the U.S. for a customer. It arrived on time. Very pleased and happy with the service. Confirmation of delivery was provided too. Thanks

I am a new customer of ASAP and have made several bookings last week. The Operations office advised me of the type of vehicles required for the jobs. Deliveries were made on time. Good price, I will book again when needed

Booked a delivery, small van to London. Vehicle was here within the hour and job completed, Proof of delivery provided and sent via email. All good!

Contacted ASAP very late in the day as I had a delivery issue with our standard carrier company, Collected first thing as promised and delivered same day, due to the quick and efficient delivery we have used ASAP on numerous occasions, very well priced and have never let us down, will be putting more work this way both domestic and international freight!

Fantastic service and wonderfully prompt action from ASAP. I never feel the need to check in regularly: once something is in hand with them, I can rest easy and rely upon speedy communication of the utmost clarity. Thanks!

They guys and girls in the office are awesome, and quick to respond to any courier requests I send in. They have always sourced a vehicle for me with no issues.

We have used ASAP to deliver our chairs for nearly four years, and have had virtually no problems. Any problems that we have had have been quickly and efficiently resolved with minimum disruption to our clients.
