I have a ticket with TheASAP
I have a ticket with TheASAP. Tiket Toronto Saudi Arabia Jeddah in November then on the 4th of December I went to the airport 3 1/2 hour before takeoff to go to Dubai on the same Tiket. The guy on the counter told me that ASAP Tiket never paid Emirates their money I had to purchase another ticket. I have the prove of the purchase approved that I’ve been there before time and I’ve been almost 1 year trying to get my money that is a scam and they are bastard.

Accuracy Matters
Carlin was very efficient, friendly, nice, and helpful. She corrected an error that has caused issues at the airport. The previous agent listed my name in the wrong order and hence get me caught up at TSA. This has caused me to nearly miss several flights. Hopefully now it is fixed.

I strongly advise people NOT to use ASAP Tickets.
This was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have had.
In my experience, I was repeatedly given representations before payment that changed after I paid.
The agent first pitched Travel Care as “50% off” and quoted $500 for two passengers. I told him I wanted to skip Travel Care. He then continued trying to sell it to me, quoted $250 per passenger, and asked me to call him. During the subsequent phone conversation, I was told a much lower price of approximately $125 per passenger.
I trusted the agent.
I later discovered that $861.64 had been charged/allocated to Travel Care.
I also purchased the tickets after being explicitly assured about extra-legroom seating. After payment, what had been presented as confirmed became merely a “request,” and the seats were ultimately not assigned.
When I realized what had happened, I repeatedly contacted ASAP Tickets. I called customer service, sent WhatsApp messages, emailed them, asked for cancellation and a refund before travel, and requested escalation to management.
ASAP Tickets themselves asked me to provide my WhatsApp conversations and said they would review the recorded sales call. I provided the evidence and continued following up.
Yet I received no meaningful resolution despite repeated calls and emails.
The explanations also kept changing. Travel Care was originally sold to me based on certain benefits, but later the agent described it as a “voucher.” The seating that I believed had been confirmed before payment later became something that had only been “requested.”
I eventually had to take the matter to my credit-card company.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using ASAP Tickets. I felt misled at multiple stages of the transaction, and getting help after payment was extraordinarily difficult.
If you nevertheless decide to use this company, do not rely on anything an agent tells you verbally. Get every price, benefit, seat assignment, cancellation condition, and promise in writing before paying—and check the receipt immediately.
I would never use ASAP Tickets again.
