tHE PATIENT AND POLITENESS WAS EXCELLENT
The operator was so patient with me. He is the kindness person I ever came across given my inability to complete my booking with my grand daughter. He lasted over one hour and went over and over with me even when I was getting frustrated. God bless workers like him. The world needs more like him. God Bless and thank you

ASAP agent booked a flight through a…
ASAP agent booked a flight through a country that required transit visa. The Agent did not mention any need for transit visa. The country that needed transit visa wasn’t my original destination, but was a point of 3 hours overlay to change planes.
I did not find out about the transit visa requirement until I got to the airport to board the plane. The Airport immigration refused me boarding because there were no transit visa for the transit location.
I feel that the agent should have mentioned necessity for a transit visa. Rather, they were more eager to make a flight ticket sale and then screw up the customer.
Upon reaching out to ASAP, they claim “no refund “ for a service I was not able to use due to their own error and not investigating transit visa requirements.
ASAP tickets has the potential of doing better if transparency and communication is improved. There are lots of Shady employees and foolish add ons that they make you buy.
I am very disappointed with the ASAP ticket experience.

The agent, Ancy, was patient, knowledgeable, and assertive without being pushy, explaining all the different things I should consider and making my decision. I found them quite helpful, which is not always the case with telephone agents.
