Great delivery service from Mr. Abdul Rasheed

My first experience with this company was UTTERLY BAD. My order was NEVER delivered, Asbaq only indicated that I refused delivery but truth was I asked for the items to be delivered the next day to where I was but Asbaq didnt call nor tried to deliver the items again.
But recently, with the delivery service of Mr. Abdul Rasheed I would say that standard of service has improved. Mr. Rasheed calls and messages to ensure that I am aware of the delivery and my delivery instructions are followed.
Because of Mr. Rasheed polite attitude and professionalism that I rated Asbaq Express 3 stars whilst Mr. Rasheed service is at 5 stars. I highly recommend Mr. Rasheed for a promotion as a Trainor as he exemplify the qualities of someone with excellent customer service.
