Great service from Jane at Ash Cycles. The cycle lock I wanted was out of stock at the suppliers and tbh I had almost given up hope. Jane located one for me and it arrived well-packed in a couple of days. One happy husband this Christmas.

Great service from Ash Cycles. Queries about bike answered and quick delivery. The bike was for my daughter and was difficult to find. Very pleased with the service.

Phoned about a Bike said there would get back to me never did , sent email still no reply tried to phone again , got bike some were else in the end, total waist of time

Wanted to purchase a new child's bike but informed it was not in stock due to the pandemic for many months. They followed up with an alternative which was promptly bought and delivered. Great service as usual (used them for bike servicing many times).

I bought a bike from ashcycles.com on Saturday however it took two emails and leaving an answerphone message before (on Thursday evening) they emailed me to tell me that they didn't have it in stock. Yet, they are still advertising the exact same bike (and other similar versions) on their website as being available for purchase.

Bought a Claud Butler Alpina 2.6 from Ash Cycles. Firstly the price was better than the same model anywhere else, and, as a bonus, delivery to Fife was free. Secondly,communication was timely with great advice and accurate information. The bike arrived quickly and was well packed, so there was not a scratch on it. Finally I had chosen to use the "fully assemble" service so that the only things I had to put on were the hadlebar, saddle and front wheel (all easy). Upon riding the bike I found the brakes and gears to be perfectly set. Altogether a faultless service

Mark and his dad provided excellent service and advice to me with regards
to my new cycle. They were knowledgable, experienced and showed
committment. I spoke with Mark earlier in the day and by the afternoon my
new cylce was ready for collection; he spent time to show me around my new bike, how to fix any minor issues, and how to care for my new cycle. Would recommend Ashcylcles over all the big name retailers.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Ashcycles for my repeat business you guys are one of the best. I would never take my bikes anywhere else for servicing and repairs. You go out of your way to be helpful sorting out my Giant bikes. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

I have bought several Giant bikes off this family shop and have been over the moon with the service they have given me. They have gone past the call of duty twice to help me with problems that they didn't have to help with. Thank you so much for being amazing people!!!!!

Ordered a bike and accessories and it took over a month to get my full order! Poor service and low quality goods. I will never use again!
