Bought my Luminox Watch and its solid!

website was a easy to navigate and get to the products I wanted to look at. Purchase was easy and secure. I found my Luminox watch and liked it instantly. package arrived with estimated time and was packaged nicely. the watch was better then I expected in looks and quality

Poor quality Bulova watch from Ashford

I purchased a Bulova chrono watch, which arrived very quickly. It was well-packaged, which was appreciated. However, after one day of normal wear the chrono sub dial lost it's hand that's stuck somewhere inside the watch. Unacceptable quality control for Bulova. Currently, in negotiations with Ashford for a full refund.

I lost my sunglasses while with Mom and a doctor's appointment. I was so disappointed.... They were the best glasses ever and I was at a loss. After doing a bit of searching, your company showed up and have the exact same ones I lost at an affordable price. The service was excellent!
