Scam, ordered stripping stones for my Welsh terrier, three different sizes, took my money but I never received the stones. Sent several emails which were ignored and tried to chat to agent on shop site but when order number mentioned no response. Thinking of contacting police for online fraud. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Ordered a week ago and order not even dispatched yet after paying £3.50 shipping. Not replying to messages, had to post on their international Facebook page to get a response then they said they had messaged me via shop but they haven’t. Promised to send order Tuesday and it’s now Wednesday and my order is still unfulfilled. Bad shopping experience, my advice is avoid!!!
