Dangerous Car

Sold a Dangerous car - had an oil leak so took to a garage who informed me that the car was unsafe and dangerous Front Subframe completely rotten but much worse they had stuck black tape over air bag lights that were flashing -car had a valid MOT!! How?? This car was bought for my 19 year old daughter - she was driving a dangerous Car with no airbags!!! The owner was aggressive and threatening when confronted the car was sold with a 3 month warranty or 3k miles whichever came sooner - completely refused to honour the warranty and its cost £600 just for the subframe repair i still have to get the air bags repaired, worst ever experience of buying a used car!! Beware - read the reviews this is not a one off

A totally *Disreputable* company

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a car dealership in 40 years of purchasing vehicles. I bought a car in good faith, but the engine stopped working within three days. After contacting the company and speaking with the owner, Nicholas Worrall, I returned the vehicle for inspection. It turned out that there was a fault, which they repaired.

Despite this, I requested a full refund as I was entitled to under the law. Nicholas became somewhat aggressive and refused to return my money. Instead, he persuaded me to try the vehicle again, insisting it was fixed. Unfortunately, within 24 hours, the same problem occurred, and he still refused to take the vehicle back. The car was sold to me in an unroadworthy condition, which was confirmed by a diagnostic review of the engine, and I had to cover the cost of that review myself.

Eventually, I returned the vehicle, asserting my right to do so under the law. However, Nicholas retained the money I had paid and informed me it could take up to three months to receive a full refund. Giving no explanation to why he would not refund the money sooner.
I explained that I had no means of transportation and had to rent a car at an additional expense. His response was indifferent, and he maintained his stance that I would have to wait for my money.

I have reported this company to Trading Standards, and I have since found out this has happened to others based on various research of car trading website reviews. I strongly urge you to choose a reputable dealership instead, as this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve encountered regarding a complaint.

Although this company has been in operation for years, it exhibits outdated and poor standards in customer service. My review barely scratches the surface of how I feel about this company and the owner's appalling attitude.
As most of us do when purchasing a car we put our faith in the dealership to treat us fairly.
You wouldn't be able to trust this dealership or have any faith in their ability to rectify any issues.
Please, please, please take your hard-earned money elsewhere.

Appalling Customer Service

I can't not give any if I could I definitely would!
A review regarding a caravan bought from this company in December 2023
I've had 3 months of hell because of this company! Apart from the state of the van I was met with rude condescending people when I called!
They were aware I was having to live in this due to work on my property. It was checked by a caravan service company these were the faults; bearing in mind it was sold as 'in good condition'
Leaking gas badly. which could not be repaired.
Gas leak from the fire
Water heater circuit board faulty
Emissions from fridge so high not safe to use on gas
Gas hose out of date
All these issues should have been noted fixed or reported on a safety test before sale!
Tyres out of date so unsafe to tow on roads!
The walls in certain areas are full of damp The walls of bathroom completely black!
Front corner so bad paper and the wooded ply has peeled off!
The van is not in good condition and only fit for scrap!
this caravan was not looked at at all and sold in an unfit condition!!
I would certainly think very carefully prior to buying a caravan or a car; if they didn't check anything on this caravan Do they check the cars they sell???
