With out a doubt the slowest postage ever tracking is rubbish plus there is no way to contact them

Read the other reviews, my experience is no different. Item shipped by never received. It's been almost a year. Customer service doesn't respond. No communication or help. I advise everyone to avoid. If you already bought, tell your bank this site is a scam and they will flag them. Good luck

Odered A m4 colt metal receiver and received in good condition.. One of the best price you can find online..took 1 month plus tu arrived at Malaysia..

Ordered a single simple spring.... then hong kong post was on covid so they ask for more $ to ship.. (35$ usd more) then i received the wrong parts a month after. Tried to contact them with no succes as they dont have a email. And will redirect you to sixmm guy on facebook that claims no link with asiaairsoft.... im done fooling around with them. Sorry for me . Lost money. Next!

I placed an order on the 14th of January. 2x SI takedown/pivot pins for an M4. On Sept 23rd I got an email that my order was sent. Tracking number wasn't recognized and there and still is no tracking information over my package. I contacted them on Whatsapp and since then they have been stalling me. Telling me that the BOSS has to make a decision on this issue. Every time I give them ti.e to solve this and every time they ask for the same info and pictures. 4 times this happened. Every time I ask they say that the pics I sent can't be opened so I resend the pics. The excuse for them not having this information is because they changed their software. What idi0t change their software and loose sale and customer data? The idi0ts at Asia Airsoft. Either they, the support agent online, are lying. Which I believe is the case, or they actually lost it all. Either way they profited from it. Look your milage may vary but mine was horrible. They stole 30€ from me, that's how I see it. So think twice before buying from them.

I got the item late and it was literally in PIECES, they expected me to put it together. Which is like asking you to put a microwave together. Like most customers, I am no technician. When i shipped it back they refused to pay for the return shipping which was $120, so i lost money, and paypal couldnt do anything about that. Through out the entire process they were sneaky and not helpful!

This is by far the worst customer service i have ever experienced from a company in my life. Airsoft Asia made a customer pay for an item, the website denies the order with an error only after I've completed my Paypal payment, then Customer support tells me its not in stock, after which customer support start ignoring me for days without a confirmation my problem is being taken care of properly.

I look forward to any sort of reply from them, but in the meanwhile i will try my best to warn others on the internet for their company by leaving as many bad reviews as I can. I will never shop from their store again, and move back to more reputable sellers like EhobbyAsia, where you get proper customer support and receive the items you've ordered.

Being sent “apparently “ but never came, they replied in a terse tone “ let us do our work”, the items were only mths late , I gave instructions on how to ship goods but disregarded my info. Thanks for the heads up
about them, can you inform me on a reliable source of parts etc…

Dont do ANY business with them. Dont even take a chance. They leave trademarks open so that all packages will be refused from customs and sent back. They then say they never got the return package. Money down the drain, scam business

Ordered 3 items from them and only received 2. When I contacted them, they replied with, "we are sure we sent it". I wasn't able to file a claim with paypal because they were able to provide a tracking number to paypal and that was all paypal needed even though not everything I ordered was in the package. BUYER BEWARE!

This is the absolute worst overseas retailer I’ve ever tried. I made an over $300 purchase on 1/4/21 it is now 3/18/21 as I’m writing this review. I still haven’t received my order or even a refund. There was no transparency no kind of decent customer support. I understand that due to COVID 19 shipping is very difficult however, to leave their customers in the dark for months without giving them a option to extend or cancel their order is just disrespectful and neglectful. Don’t buy from Asia Airsoft buy unless you’re okay with just giving your money away.

With regards to the service. I'm totally amazed by the level of service they provide! I'm based in the uk and have found that there postage can be just as fast as companies based in the uk! Also there customer service is outstanding with updates regarding orders placed. They are all excellent and my preference for items not stocked in the UK 👍🙂

Well,I made order for Mp7 parts. Barrel and hop up bucking. After placing order I decided to check online about the retailer. Yep,too late. After reading reviews I freaked out. So I tried contacting seller about my items. Sadly no response. So I was preparing for the worst. Even though it took a bit longer to deliver a bit over month. I received my parcel. Packing could be a bit better but all in good shape.

Good and funny salesman. Fast shipping received in like a month or something. Only thing the salesman not always responds but when he do its funny!

NEVER buy from them. I bought 1 pistol with 2 mags, only came with one mag.
And now I contacted them just to get an invoice, JUST AN INVOICE of my order and they dont even reply.

I ordered some items in the beginnen of the covid period. During the process the package got lost and i contacted asiaairsoft via whatsapp. I had good contact with them and they updated me on the package. After a while the package did turn up, and it was not their fault but the local postal service. Good communication and good prices!

Ordered 2 magbase for hi capa.

They only send me 1 of them and dosent respond to My messages.

I will never buy from scamairsoft again.

Ordered from then AMOEBA...but I've received the wrong model plus the spring guide was broken.

Contacted them regards this and they promised it will be shipped :
- spare spring guide (immediately)
- modified front grip with RIS to obtain the model/version of Amoeba (promised it'll be shipped in 3 weeks time)

Currently, they stopped responding & I've never received the spare parts nor those for modification.

I've been in touch through Skype with them (Jamie - sales manager).
When I tried email, I got automated replies that they are busy and shall try Skype.

Forgot parts and send me wrong parts. Very bad communication. They want to send me new parts, but don't answer.
