Wish I’d read these reviews before…
Wish I’d read these reviews before buying. I purchased three pairs of trainers from the ASICS outlet. Always knew I would keep one and return 2. I asked ASICS beforehand if they would accept paid returns by Royal Mail as I needed it to be via collection - they said this was fine in an email. 3 weeks later no refund for my returns and no reply from customer services. Royal Mail confirm delivery as was tracked. Just totally not acceptable. Please look into this urgently ASICS
Avoid this company
I received a damaged item, so I sent this back 2 and a half weeks ago just after receiving it and ASICS are not responding to my emails and have not acknowledged receipt of the return. I would avoid this company and do not recommend it to others as they deliver you broken goods and fail to issue timely refunds.
Terrible quality and no durability
Terrible quality and no durability. I spent 205 euro on a pair of Gel Nimbus 25 which now have two holes in the front of each shoe after 6 months! I will never buy Asics again.
Disappointing Experience with ASICS, Unexpected Costs and Frustrating Customer Service
Subject: Disappointing Experience
I recently had an unfortunate experience with ASICS and felt compelled to share my feedback. Unfortunately, my encounter with their customer service left much to be desired.
I was provided a return label that required me to travel to another town, incurring additional expenses and inconvenience. Despite explaining my situation as a person with disabilities, I faced an hour-long wait on the phone, only to be informed that the promised alternative service wasn't possible. Instead, I was instructed to use the initially provided service, which was less than satisfactory.
Despite their website's claim of free returns, the delivery service they utilized had a dismal reputation, receiving just 2 stars. This, coupled with the inconvenience of traveling out of town, further heightened my reservations about their service.
To add to my dissatisfaction,
I had to bear the cost of returning the item myself through Royal Mail, amounting to £6 of my own money.
To compound matters, after delivering the package back on January 10th, I had to consistently follow up on my refund. It took until January 23rd, after multiple calls and complaints, to finally receive my refund.
Regarding the product itself, the trainers proved unsuitable for wide feet and exacerbated pre-existing foot issues. This, coupled with the overall service experience, has left me thoroughly disappointed with ASICS
I urge the company to reevaluate its customer service practices and consider the impact of misleading claims on their website. My hope is that this feedback contributes to improvements for future customers.
Customer service will waste your time
Received a pair of trainers that were causing persistent blisters and tried to return via 90 day returns window.
Advised by customer service to complete a lengthy product feedback form including attaching photos and proof of purchase - to wait a week and get an email response giving me condescending advice to wear socks to avoid blisters.
I'm really not sure why I was told to complete a form if they were unwilling to do anything about it - a complete waste of time.
The shoes failed to arrive when they…
The shoes failed to arrive when they were supposed to. The delivery driver kept saying they tried to deliver, but we checked the cameras and they didn't. I wouldn't risk buying on-line from Asics in the future.
Return headache
I recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Asics customer service in Thailand. I initiated a return request and was shocked to receive no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is not only frustrating but also goes against the basic expectations of customer service.
After checking reviews online, it seems that my experience is not unique, and I am truly surprised by the consistently poor feedback regarding Asics customer service. It's disheartening to see a brand with a reputation for quality products fall short when it comes to supporting its customers.
I had hoped for a prompt resolution and a positive customer service experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The absence of any response to my return request has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
This experience has made it clear that Asics may not prioritize customer satisfaction in the way one would expect from a reputable brand. I've decided to take my business elsewhere and will not be considering Asics for future purchases.
I sincerely hope that Asics takes this customer feedback seriously and makes improvements to its customer service processes. In the meantime, I would caution others considering Asics products in Thailand to be aware of the potential challenges they may face in receiving adequate support.
Never again, Asics.
0 out of 5
0 out of 5. By far the worst customer service ever. Bought shoes from them which took too long to ship and then I emailed to change the colours. No reply to emails or from the message left on the contact us page on website. Looks like they are not interested in customers. Look at their feedback online and no-one from Asics is responding to the feedback. They do not care. AVOID !!!! Buy your shoes from someone who cares.
Atrocious customer service
Absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Bought an expensive pair of trainers which developed a minor fault within a a week of purchase. Almost impossible to submit a Return via the website which refuses to accept the photos ASICS require you to send...
I persevered (this is a loooooong story, short) and managed to get a return ticket so I duly sent the trainers back. They were received by ASICS a month ago and I'm still waiting on a refund. Absolutely hopeless company
Never get the right size
I never have the chance to wear asics shoes for one very, very simple reason...They never ever send me the correct size of shoes!I have tried over 10 times but they just keep sending me whatever they want and I have to lose my time over and over to send my order back. This is the worst company I have ever seen so far!
If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. Bought a pair of £160 shoes 3 months ago and they’re already falling apart. Pls bare in mind I only wear them to walk my dogs.. Customer service said they would refund me 20% of what I paid for these shoes that are made poorly and therefore are NOT fit for purpose. Do better ASICS.
Why bother with Asics - totally incompetent
I've made three attempts spread over 10 days to buy two pairs of trainers. On each occasion I get a message saying my order is received and dispatch will follow. Then, nothing. When I check on track your order it says cancelled. The second time this happened I called and spoke to a woman who said her name was Steph. She sent me a voucher for 10% off saying that there was a problem at the warehouse but all sorted so make my order again with the 10% voucher. So I did....- I firstly got a message to say my order was cancelled then to say it was being processed. I called again - and this time spoke to man who said his name was Juan. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. There aren't any apparently available "I'm the only one here" - strange because on ly a moment before he told me the noise I could hear was his colleagues dealing with calls. Abysmal service.
VERY DIFFICULT RETURNS
VERY DIFFICULT RETURNS: Just a quick note to potential online buyers in the UK that it is extremely difficult to return shoes if you bought several pairs online and want to return some of them (in our case we were trying to return three pairs of trainers). The shoes are typically delivered in a very big box by Yodel (ok so far), but for returns you have to take the shoes in their boxes to a store or buy new smaller boxes, repackage them and then do the paperwork for two returns - quite a hassle and probably not great for the environment. There is no option for pick up, so you have to take your boxes to a Collect+ location but Collect+ will not take the big box that the shoes were sent in. There are quite a few hurdles if you then try to return the shoes in an Asics store. The store locations on the website are out of date - for instance there is no store in White City despite it appearing on the website under store locations. Customer service does not seem to know which stores will accept returns - they sent us a new link for store locations which listed Runners Need London - Kensington, and although that shop does sell Asics they will not accept returns bought online. So you end up having to plan a trip to one of the rare stores that do accept returns of items bought online (might be best to call to check first), and although we live in London, this will end up taking the best part of three hours. Nice shoes, but .....

UPCOURT 5 women shoe extremely bad…
UPCOURT 5 women shoe extremely bad quality 6 months old sole gone I wouldn't recommend asics to anyone.
Do not buy ASICS
Do not buy ASICS, the worst customer relations I have ever met, my trainers less than 12 months old have basically disintegrated, the seams are coming apart with little use, buy anything but ASICS, they are manufacturing rubbish, cheap nasty stuff, go elsewhere but do not buy ASICS.
You won’t ever get a refund
You won’t ever get a refund, terrible customer service, every time I chase up my refund I get the same generic message from “ Juan “ saying please wait 3-5 days. 1 month later still nothing
Have bought Trabuco Trail shoes for…
Have bought Trabuco Trail shoes for several years. They're not the most robust, but ok. However last pair unusable on rougher trails as the sole is so massive it catches roots etc. If I wanted to buy Hoka's, I'd buy Hoka's. Go back to what you're good at. Going to look at Inov's now.
Bad Delivery Service from Yodel
Be careful ordering from Asics UK, you might not ever receive the goods as they use Yodel. Just had a failed delivery attempt which is a lie as I was at the delivery address.
Please use other delivery services
I bought a pair of Asics trainers from…
I bought a pair of Asics trainers from the York outlet store, the trainers developed holes in the fabric, after only a couple of months.
The staff at the store were difficult and unpleasant when I returned them. Very unprofessional attitude, and no way to treat customers.
AVOID this store.............
ASICS running shoes surpassed my expectations
ASICS running shoes surpassed my expectations, delivering unmatched comfort and performance. But what truly amazed me was their online customer service. The support team was knowledgeable, responsive, and made exchanges hassle-free. ASICS' exceptional hassle free customer service complements their top-quality products perfectly! Highly recommended!
