I worked in a large factory for a period of twenty years, and now suffer from noise induced hearing loss caused by the use of compressed air tools.
The factory had moved premises, changed ownership, gone into liquidation a couple of timesand had many different insurers over that time.

i was told the case was settled and that my cheque would be sent out to me in a couple of weeks, that was Febuary and i have still not had it and it is now May. i ring up only to be told that there is a delay but dont worry your cheque will be out in a couple of weeks.
i emailed and rang and finally told that my case had been settled and my cheque had been posted out to me 29/4/14 by second post and it would be with me by the weekend. it never came and i have emailed numerous times but have had no resposnse back.

Feel very disappointed and let down, i am relying on the cheque for my summer holidays but because it has not arrived i doubht i will be ablke to get away.

From when I first contacted Asons I never had a thing to worry about, they took care of every thing. sorting out the hearing tests searching for employer details and chasing after the paper work, I never had a problem with the service that Asons offered.
My calls always answered or returned, always kept informed as to where we were with the claim.

bit of a shakey start had a few solicitors dealing with my claim but when one was finally appointed she did really well worked hard to get the best result for me. Very helpful kept me well informed how the claim was going explained everything in simple terms so i understood finally she got me a good settlement i would definately recommend asons solicitors

I was sceptical at first as you always are with a no win no fee firm. But I need not have worried they did everything as they said they would and kept me fully updated. Everything was fully coordinated by the firm and then carried out. I realise that it was easier for them with my case as the employers were no longer in existence but hey if the government says I was entitled an ansons did a good job so what

I am waiting for the matter that Asons Solicitors are dealing with, for me, to be finalised.
