I ordered a shoe on 27.01.2025!
I haven't received it since. No matter how many times I write a letter (now I have also sent a statement of withdrawal), I always get the answer that it takes 3 days to respond and I do not receive a response. I feel this is inhuman treatment and theft at the same time. Shame on you and return my money as soon as possible!

Not a good experience with Asphaltgold for the second time.

I’ve only placed order because of the T-shirt I really wanted, and then bought the other two things. First of all, the order was only processed 3 days later, which I can somehow understand, as they’ve had a discount on their app, however I’ve received an email then, that basically they didn’t really control their stock , and they don’t have that shirt. With no gesture of apology for their service mistake , like nothing happened really.

Excellent from start to finish: Fantastic price, fast delivery and very reasonable shipping costs, considering the trainers I bought were shipped from Germany to the UK.

Thank you for a great experience, will definitely be buying again!

Placed an order Tuesday night 21-01. But changed my mind and immediately sent an email at the back to hello@.... asking if it can be cancelled.
Wednesday morning 22-01 I get a mail back, saying it is no longer possible because the order has already been shipped and I can return it when I have received it!!!!
As if returning is free with you guys!!!?!?!
I won't order anything more with this stupid German company that doesn't think with their customers.

I am very happy with my purchase because the website already had a big sale compared to the other sellers and on top of that I got another discount which was %20 off, so it was a very good deal for me. Rather than paying 139 € , I ended up paying only 60 euros together with the shipment fee.

Because of the big discount that the Asphaltgold offered, I started thinking whether it was a scam or not. I saw both good and bad comments on my internet search, so I had my doubt, but which website doesn't have that, right? 😀

I ordered my sneakers on Sunday evening and they arrived on Tuesday, so only in 2 days. Everything worked smoothly and it is a genuine product.

This is what I experienced with my purchase.
I thought it would be helpful and clear out some other people's doubts.

Very bad service. 2,5 months after returning my package the return is still not processed. Package lost, although I send it to the adress that they gave to me. After I send all the shipment information, no response. No response anymore to separate send emails. Still no money back. Never ever am I going to order here again. Going to take some legal measures

Already ordered 2 times from there - everything went well, though was hesitant at first after reading the reviews. Shipped pretty, so cannot say anything bad. Have not returned anything - so cannot tell if they are indeed that bad with returns

Service is really bad. They can’t give you a concrete answer where your pakkage is always an excuse. You receive a tracking number that’s on the way but never more than 10days

Terrible experience:
I ordered some skincare products and when the delivery arrived, one product was missing. I contacted the company and they asked me to send pictures of the parcel, which I did, so they could see if it was damaged during transportation.
It’s been over three weeks since I have heard from them. Whenever I write them, they send me an automated email, which states that they will reach out to me as soon as possible.

Recently purchased a pair of trainers from ASPHALT GOLD and was delighted with whole transaction and quick delivery from Germany to Scotland. Excellent service and definitely purchase from them again. Highly recommended.

I made an order, and to my absolute shock, they claim that I’ve received the product. This is a blatant lie—it was never delivered. Despite countless attempts to reach their so-called customer service, no one responds. It's as if they don’t even care about their customers. The entire experience has been a nightmare. Not only have I lost my money, but their refusal to address the issue or even acknowledge their mistake is outrageous. This company is nothing but a scam operation designed to deceive and rob people. Save yourself the frustration and financial loss—never, ever order from them!
