Great company but terrible website problems.
Asset Chemist is: Respectable, Reliable Products, Customer Service (Julie) is great. She always gets in contact to try to remedy any problems that may have taken place.
Website: Always problems with checkout and removing products from basket. However, the "New Website" is much better and more products available. You can delete orders/items from basket. But the worst ever when purchasing. Upon wanting to complete my orders I kept being rerouted to the previous page for prescription, etc. It took for ever to place the order and pay? Other than that glitch, I continue to shop even with the hassle. At least you know what you are receiving and the safety and surety of professionalism far out weighs the negative.

Good Service
I am amazed at the adverse comments here. I have been ordering from Asset Chemist for about three years. In that time I have had nothing but good, quick, courteous service from them.
When I have telephoned them, I think it has been Julie I have spoken to, I have been treated with politeness. When I couldn't obtain a certain brand name of capsule it was suggested I could get the same prescription with another brand name and it was cheaper as well.
To me the treatment I have had fro Asset Chemist is FIVE STAR.

online help with problems
I have a really bad advanced tooth/gum infection,can't get registered with a dentist and needed antibiotics to get infection under control before something serious happened, asset chemist were brilliant, prompt ordering and delivery,i would recommend them,i hope i don't have to use them again,but if i did , i would do in a heartbeat,great service, thank you asset :)

Paid for next day delivery and not despatched 3 days later
I bought my item on Friday at 1:00 and have still not received it. It is showing as pending and has been since Friday. I paid £7.95 for next day delivery, what a joke. I also can't contact them through there site as it says there is a problem so they can't be contacted. I think this is a scam website!

Next day delivery is not 2 day delivery. Late dispatch.
I ordered an antibiotic under prescription.
I paid extra for next day delivery. I ordered at about 7 am in the morning.
The medicine was dispatched the FOLLOWING day at 11 am, which means I received it 2 days after ordering (with Royal Mail signed for).
I emailed Asset Chemist and, not having received a reply, I left them a voicemail. No one ever got back to me.

Awful service
Terrible company. Just so people are aware I had an up to date prescription that was completely over looked and I was told I hadn't sent in a prescription. I was then told it was not a repeat prescription when it WAS a repeat prescription!! And then they respond to me by blaming me! I have never in my life had a company treat me in this manner

I am sorry you feel this way.
As you are aware you were trying to use a prescription that you had used before that had no repeats on. I had to call your vet to confirm the medication and that you were to order a new prescription from them.
They informed me that you had not had a new prescription since November 2015 ??
We are a High street chemist and we are not in the habit of supplying medication without a prescription as we value our company. I also apologise if you feel we were rude although I can not see that asking for a valid prescription warrants that. you have ordered from us before.
