Always deliver promptly with good prices

Despite sending my prescription through three times plus a posted copy, I did not receive my order. Emails were full of spelling mistakes and I would be ignored for days.

Did not receive my prescription yet money has been taken and no sign of getting this refunded. Just being ignored again.

Great idea about being able to get prescriptions without going to the doctors but I ordered something on Monday and by Wednesday it was still pending and had no tracking information, I called up and they said oh that ms odd I must have got stuck, Friday morning I checked and it was still saying pending with no tracking order, then and hour later I got told I'd missed the delivery.

I ordered NeilMed nasal sprays from Asset Chemist, as I have done several times before, which were listed on their web site. The ordere was processed only for me to receive several days later a message to the effect that the product was unobtainable. If this was the case, why was it on the web site in the first place? Is Asset Chemist's stock control that bad?

It can take 2-3 days for orders to be shipped. I only ordered 1 small box which I would expect to go out the same day. Constant " No one available " message on website

I've now completed my first purchase from Asset Chemist and it's been an entirely successful experience. The most notable aspect of this was the response I received when I telephoned with several questions, prior to placing an order. The person with whom I spoke was immediately supportive and , as we were talking, ordered into stock an item for subsequent shipping to me. My order required overseas shipment, and it arrived six days after it was posted. Truly, this all went very well...

What a quick, easy & fussless way to order medication. The use of the on-line Doctor is fab and a great easy way to get medication....they look after you all the way.....🙂🙂🙂

Ordering from Asset Chemist has always been a very satisfying experience, they are timely and I have never had a problem with an incorrect order fulfillment. Whenever thers are questions concerning the contents of any order, they are communicated and handled in a very professional manner.

Good and efficient service, would highly recommend this website to anyone who needs medication or other pharmacy products.

I'm sure that this doesn't apply for everything, but my regular order (which never changes), sometimes doesn't arrive for weeks!

And don't even bother to email or send a query via the web page. Nobody EVER replies.

When I telephoned for advice I was given helpful information about how to place my order and to send in my prescription. Just a little concerned as I haven't heard any more since the order was placed, and the item hasn't yet arrived. An update would be reassuring.

Price was very good, roughly half what it would have been on the high street. However I would have liked a faster delivery time. My order took four days to arrive, which is a long time to wait when you need the product to treat a medical condition. Also the information shown on my account online wasn't updated, so I didn't know if my order had been dispatched. Even after my order had arrived my account still showed it as 'in progress'. Despite this I would still use this company again as their prices are so good and my order arrived in perfect condition.

First time I've used them, was a bit dubious about ordering medication online, but ordered prescription item with £12 extra charge for online 'consultation' which was straightforward enough. Much to my surprise the medication arrived next day in the post ! It's genuine medication, properly packaged, basically identical to what you'd get from your local chemist and very competitively priced. So I'm well impressed, thanks very much. Will use again.

Needed a quick last minute percritpions and Asset Chemist was quick and easy to use. Would recommend !!!

Assetchemist has competitive prices, however you are never told that your order may be "in progress" for two weeks before it is dispatched, your card is nonetheless summarily charged at the moment of placing the order! You can message Assetchemist via their website but you don't always get a reply. What is shown as "in stock" it very rarely is!

In response to your reply: Being a family run business is no license to take your customers' money for stock you don't even have access to 25 days after placing my order (and counting)

If you need to get your medication but can't get to the local pharmacy then this place is a life saver. Good service and based in the UK.
