Excellent friendly people who take their security provision for residential blocks very seriously. In the case of Capulet Square ..they know we have an encroaching sub let/ short term letting problem and are well aware of the security risk this poses to legitimate residents. They refuse to issue spare block door keys unless they know I've done full due diligence on the application. They'll be on site on a next day basis if ever there is a problem. They don't overcharge and for the last five years since the rtm company took over the Capulet square estate I can say there has never been cause for complaint. Most leaseholders rent on assured short hold and don't want the air BnB party flats wrecking their tenancies.. These leaseholders are not aware quite just how much gratitude they owe this company.
